I certainly wouldn't idolise Skully12345. I am just aware of how he gets "rather excited" sometimes and will ramp, I mean post the hell out of a stock. Certainly not a fan. He'll be here until he's done the same with this stock, but each to their own.

Scully12345, because I was there when you ramped the hell out of Flybe, then you vanished once you got what you wanted. I totally expect you to do the same here. I'm guessing you are holding out a little longer on here ;-)

Looks like any overhang of shares sold over past few days have now been mopped up and the share price could be set to pop over the 50% mark

Great to see the share price jump almost 50% but the real test will be after the first hour of trading. We are still below the 2.9p DEB was before the "war" of words on March 22nd. MA will do everything to protect his 29% investment but the DEB board are hell bent on keeping their positions, even if we are all sold out to bond holders. Still a real risk of getting 0p but the upside is also pretty big.

The £150m lifeline will avoid this and keep most stores open etc. Are the board really acting in all shareholders interest or are SD correct in saying they have been sidelined? Indeed DEB is a good stock for the weekend, just in case we get a good news story then a nice spike Monday. At least the downside risk is less in recent days. What will Mike pull out of his sleeve next?

Bet stock is kicking himself for this comment, "finally sold 1/2 of my holding at a large loss .will try and buy back in below 7.00 which is what it seems to be heading towards ." Can change very quickly on here and after such a long decent, it is inevitable Metro would rise. While it is certainly a risky stock, they might just be worth a punt.

Dear Smartie2, Your comment, "Daily volatility is no good for shareholders or the market" makes you look foolish. Daily volatility is how the market works - some win and some lose. I suggest you invest your money in premium bonds if you fear volatility.

Of course, no surprise as Flybe have had this deal pretty airtight, shafting shareholders in every direction. No wonder Flybe are asking you NOT to send off the proxy vote (Flybe would end up having to pay the postage if you did post off the proxy form). Wouldn't that be amusing if everyone posted the form back - costing Flybe more in postage than the shares were worth at delisting.

A.smithy - I do agree with you about the disappearance of the constant tampers. I remember Scully posting ramp after ramp, then vanished once he'd ramped the price up and made a profit before moving on to the next unsuspecting share chat. Hopefully some have learnt a valuable lesson with Flybe.

I've followed Flybe for quite a while, long enough to notice your constant dribble and negative posts . At least after Flybe have gone, I'll no longer have your negatively in my life. So, every cloud has a silver lining as they say!

After losing on that punt, I more than made up my losses and was very happy with my return in the end. Eventually I gained on Flybe, even though it was a rollercoaster. Thanks for your concern A.smithy ;-)
