Just reading back on Senti Bio’s successful trials. Interesting to note they reported their efficacy after the treat of three patients, and just four months after the treatment of the first patient.

Do we know if that’s the plan with Hemo?

What rubbish! If ‘Big Pharma’ see a golden opportunity, they’ll buy at nearly any stage. See some of the Pre-Clinical, multi billion dollar deals that have been signed. I accept the science is innovative and unique and offers a huge leap in treating AML. However, Vlad and Redmond have literally destroyed any chance of a huge deal. They are two first class wanchors and if I was head of R&D at Eli Lilly or GSK, I’d be steering well clear. At the very least, I’d want Redmond’s removal and Vlad to be more hands off the business side.

Until they sort out a more competent and trust worthy corporate management structure, this will stay in the toilet.

It’s always in what you don’t read, as that reads like he’s trying to tart himself around…meaning he’s got zero funding options in the pipeline except continuing to raise.

With regards to the literature study critique that Stu posted, doesn’t Hemo’s FLT3 target treatment not avoid Cytokine Release Syndrome so less toxicity? I’m sure I’ve read that somewhere. The benefits of having a 3rd Gen Car-T treatment. Interesting to note that Stu’s research paper he used was from 2023 and did not include any clinical studies by the authors themselves. So by its very data parameters, even by 2023, it collated out-dated data.

Ffs JHFH…stop saying there was no discount. It was still a raise at nearly record lows, which only happened because Vlad used a back door/loop hole. It’s still an effing discount to all those that bought at £2, then £1.95, then £1.90 etc…it was a discount!!!

Micky, that’s not quite correct. Well, the bit about MrI was correct but not about 10 patients. For an innovative treatment for AML, it has been stated before that a 60% ish (3 out of 5) success rate would be regarded as exceptional. The 35% that MrI states is what Vlad himself has stated would be regarded as success.

Now put yourself in the position of an R & D executive at one of the big pharmaceutical companies and what’s dropped on your desk is a little known company called Hemogenyx. They’ve partnered with one of the world’s premier oncology hospitals and has treated four patients, and all four patients have responded positively to treatment. That my friend, would make him sit bolt upright and start making enquiries. They wouldn’t wait for 10…Heck, there are billion dollar deals being made with pre-clinical companies.

Now I’m not saying all four of the treated patients will respond positively but I pray they do, and not because of the share price. I only say this because the 10 patient baseline you speak of, is a flexible number dependent on the circumstances.

So, after all the ‘run out of runway to raise’, we’re now back to the idea of another devastating raise is now being discussed as a ‘feasible’ option. This option MrI says would ‘allay his fears’ that they wouldn’t run out of money. Yet to raise enough for six months, Hemo would need to issue another 35-50% dilution…on top of how already depressed the s.p is.

If MrI is ‘happy’ for that amount of dilution then he’s either not right in the head, or he’s a company stooge and taking us all for idiots.

Despite the obvious and expected lack of clinical data regarding efficacy, the fact they’re stating collation of data over more than a short-term time period, has to be positive, does it not?

Just an example of personal experience, my nephew’s AML relapsed and he died within 8 weeks of secondary diagnosis.

….a hugely positive leap forward.
