If you were Vlad, having got this far on a shoestring and only got this far because of JHFH and his mates pitching in their cash, wouldn’t you go to a broker and raise £2m at £6 a share, once we got there? It would only add 340k shares to the total number, and give Hemo some breathing space. I would if I was him.

Alderbaran; The ‘market’ decides whatever the value of the sp is at any one time. Just because you didn’t really buy any under £1.80, it’s nothing to be bitter about.

With trials moving into paediatrics, how will the first dose be calculated? Is it based on body size or will it be the same as the adult cohort?

obviously someone who can immediately get their money back and just sit on their hands for a few months taking no risks whatsoever. £1.80 warrants are an absolute **** take. and the usual suspects called ‘shorters’ greedy and unscrupulous…hypocrites!

In any case, you’re replying to my post like I’m one of the ramping idiots. I’m not. I didn’t claim the health status of the current cohort. I was merely setting out the aim of HG-CT1, and I responding to Stu picking and choosing data from a clinical trial, that he either didn’t understand, or was purposely selective in the data he used, to gas light people on this board.

On your last post, you stated that we don’t know the condition of P1 & P2, except that they’re just ‘alive’. Well we know in P1, at the time of the last RNS, they showed no signs of toxicity. The RNS implies that the possibility of toxicity is a forward looking projection, not something that had already happened; “ If no dose-limiting toxicities are observed, Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals will….”

Alderboring, don’t be a dick! The trial Stu is quoting showed high levels of toxicity and common relapse within six months. and the median survival rate was over 11 months and median leukaemia free was nearly 4 months. And that includes 60% of the cohort who achieved 100% C.R.

So, if this is the trial Stu is using to show you what is ‘normal’ in CAR-T trials for Relapsed AML, do you not think an innovative treatment that had zero toxicity, had measurable improvement MRD- durability (which is yet to be seen but looks good) would be welcomed by oncologists around the world?

I’m assuming Stu is using the 2024 trial headed by J. Yin…?!?? The trial he’s used also states “ All patients experienced grade 3 or higher hematologic toxicities following tumor-reduction chemotherapy and the FC regimen, which were managed for a median of two weeks after CAR-T treatment. Non-hematological toxicities were mild and reversible. Eight patients presented with mild (grade 1-2) cytokine release syndrome (CRS), and one experienced grade 3 CRS.” & “At a median follow-up of 64.6 months (range: 11.2-88.8 months), the median overall survival and leukemia-free survival were 11.6 and 3.8 months, respectively.” & “relapse was a common occurrence within 6 months”

So, even in Stu’s quoted trial, toxicity was prevalent, median survival rate was as low as 4 months and relapse within 6 months was common.

‘They may have survived anyway’. Haha, they don’t have an STD. They have relapsed Leukaemia. You don’t get rid of that with a couple of paracetamol and a Lemsip.
