You’ve answered your own question Aldeboring. The drug you name has an OS time 9.3m WITH toxicity and side effects. You don’t mention when the patients relapsed or indeed if there was ever a recorded remission or just stability of disease. With toxicity and side effects, you then need to factor in quality of life in that 9 months, as they wouldn’t have just died. So how long did they suffer and how much time was spent out of a care facility?
HG-CT1, as far as we know so far, has no toxicity and the trial patients have responded positively to treatment.
So rather than throwing some sort of conundrum into the mix, you actually highlighted why HG-CT 1 is so desperately needed.
