So, if by some miracle the Hemo S.P is at £2 before the next funding round, will these ‘benevolent’ investors pay say, £2.30 a share?

So you say it’s not smart to invest ‘everything’, and it’s wise to have a varied portfolio, but you’re on here telling other people to invest in Avacta and it’s a certain ‘100 bagger’. So now you’re telling people it’s not smart to invest all YOUR money, but it’s smart to convince other people to invest theirs? Do you not see your hypocrisy?

Why, if Avacta is a dead cert 100 bagger, how the f**k have you got any money available to invest here? If it’s soooo great, why haven’t you piled every single last penny you have into it..? Unless of course you have doubts.

I appreciate most happy campers have me on ignore…but…, due to the low/absent toxicity of HG-CT1, if patient 1 shows lack of durability, and that could be down to only receiving half a dose, could they then receive another ‘full’ dose or the other ‘half’. Or would that not be permitted under the parameters of the trial?

CheckThicky ‘look at the share price the last few days’. No, let’s not. Let’s look at the share price over the last 18 months. Shorter and manipulators aren’t the reason the share price has dropped 95% from FDA approval. That blame lays fairly and squarely at the feet of Vlad and idiot in chief Peter Redmond’s catastrophic financial mismanagement. If they hadn’t pre-arranged a fund raise at 2p, prior to FDA approval, and not announce it until after, they not only opened the opportunity for unscrupulous traders, but they also pulled the rug out from underneath previously supportive P.Is, and subsequently destroyed all trust.

Micky is more correct than all the happy clappers combined. Over 60% down since consolidation. 95% loss since the high just after FDA approval. No news on P3. No updates on P1 and P2. Share price down, down, down, down. And the usual muppets claiming everything is okay, nothing to see here, move along. They’re either company stooges or they’re up to no good. Don’t trust anyone on the internet, especially on here.

If anything, those articles certainly temper compensation expectations. A $2.2bn claim, even if successful looks like it can result in just a $100m-200m award.

Then there’s the litigation deductions and it could ultimately be very disappointing.

I would guess the Court of Arbitration’s first objective is to uphold the integrity of the international arbitration treaty, so ‘over compensating’ could result in country’s withdrawing from the agreement. Not an expert or knowledgeable, just my layman’s thoughts.
