…given how disastrous vlad and redmonds’ ‘leadership’ (?) has been, does anyone still have faith that even if somebody or some investment company offers financing, that these two ****wits have the ability to obtain a good deal? i think it’s now blatantly obvious they don’t. and that’s now the most worrying aspect of all this. they have zero track record of protecting current shareholders interests, so what makes people think that will ever change? they’ve now been proven to be incompetent and improper in the management of hemo. i even suspect laws have been broken.

My original £16k investment will now be worth just £5k @ £2 per share, and I’m probably one of the ‘lucky’ ones.

However, this latest raise must even sting them a bit, as they wouldn’t have been able to dumped enough shares to cover the 40% discount. Maybe that’s why there is such a huge discount, to slap the insider traders down. Who know, it all stinks anyway.

They knew Stu. Clear as day. They knew about all the others too, which is why they have been able to exponentially increase their holdings. Total disgrace!

Honesty? They won’t be reporting themselves to the FCA…!

You had 8m shares, the price had dropped to what, 1.6p and you were in the depths of near despair…you didn’t average down then. The FDA approval comes through, the sp rises to 6-7p, drops over the next few days to a placing price of what, 2p? That’s a higher price than the level that you were previously losing your mind at. Yet you claim you just ‘averaged down’. Even at a penny, 8m to 22m is £140,000…yet you don’t moan anymore. You haven’t done since the slump to a penny. Strange that, don’t you think. You blame shorters but you also should look in the mirror.

But as you’ve just highlighted, your relationship with Vlad isn’t normal. Who else shares their details with the Hemo CEO? I don’t, does MrI, Pingu, HFH…? I wouldn’t have even thought to accuse you of doing something like that? What good is that to Vlad? And you state openly that you’ve known beforehand about, I assume ‘the raises’. Now I do remember you telling this board on many occasions a raise wasn’t on the way, yet they happened. So which ones did you know about, yet still posted positivity on here.

Crikey, MrI went from an 8m share holder, bemoaning the way the company was run, Vlad was so bad, he was going to lose all his money etc, to all of a sudden holding 22m shares post FDA slump. Lol…and that’s just MrI based on his own posts. Now multiply that by the other ‘1%ers’.

Now, they can do what they like, it’s their money, their investment decisions, but don’t come on here blaming every slump on ‘shorters’, when they themselves have made money from the slumps. Just don’t misrepresent themselves.

Someone is sensitive to the truth. Beware the company stooges. I may be an investor in Hemo but don’t expect me to accept the lies from the usual suspects who knew of a fund raise, took part in the fund raise, whilst lying about a fund raise. Yet they blame the shorters. They should be ashamed.

the sp moved easy enough with humble pi money after fda approval. however, they’re now sick of being stabbed in the back and treated with little to no conscience, by vlad. it’s his fault there’s currently no interest in hemo. he and redmond believed they could keep bleeding us whenever they suited, and look where it’s got them. on the verge of a monumental move forward into the treatment of aml, and hardly anyone but us, gives more than two ****s. so yes, we still need to wait until an investment partner(s) with deep pockets jumps on board, but it could so easily have been different.
