i’m okay with the consolidation if p1 trials are successful. however, i’m a far from a vlad fan like jh. vlad is still the guy who undermines any increase in s.p by his antics. there’s no guarantee that even if the s.p stabilises post consolidation at £4-5, and the s.p starts to rise in line with successful trials, that vlad won’t continue to **** all over retail investors. in my mind, he had lost all credibility and trust before this last announcement, so he can hardly be surprised at the reaction to the latest plans. he’s a great scientist but a criminally inept ceo. how he has escaped the glance of the fca is a mystery but we are where we are. let’s hope at some point in the future, vlad eventually sees the value of private investors, and it’s actually our money that’s kept hemo alive.

Whoknow why, knows f’all. So, after consolidation Hemo will have circa 3m shares. If they even doubled it to fund raise at your supposed 25p, it would only raise £750k. Unless you genuinely believe VS would see his own holding in the company reduced to zero, or you’re on day release from a psych ward and you’ve got yourself on to the internet somehow.

Hear, hear, JH. The only thing this consolidation achieves in the near term, is that it drastically reduces the volatility of the stock. Raises in the future are still limited by market regulations and the same potential to make money here, still remains.

The current sp isn’t about the science. I myself agree with most people, this should at least be an £50m to a £100m market cap company. Other than traders, I think most investors believe VS is a great scientist and researcher, and we all hope for the best. However, the sp is low because of all the times previously that VS has taken a large dump on the heads of private investors. Not ‘fud’ but an incontrovertible truth. That is why, when people read ‘third week in November’, and then there’s no RNS in the third week of November (…so far), then there are going to be investors who are more cautious, because of Vlad and Hemo’s history.

You’ve made your money back by dumping loads at a higher price last winter, when ‘others’ knew about the 2p raise, so you’re in no position to lecture others.
