The last ones I read were 18th October saying that the CRUI had ‘invited’ EML to modify their ESIA under the CRUI’s guidance, and he indicated it needed the addition of a sea water pipe costing $40m. There was even a screenshot from a publication called Le360 which stated the same.

GSM must be keeping tabs on Graham’s antics. Unless of course this is a pre-curser to GSM taking EML on the cheap. To be honest, I’m not usually a conspiracy theorist but G.C makes you fear every scenario. As a CEO, he’s an abomination

If these delays take us into the New Year, whereby come February, Hemo are into a baby fresh 12 month window of being able to fund raise without the current restrictions.

@Micky…nobody said anything on here about the intended raise though, did they? Had the raise gone ahead, us mug punters would’ve been totally blind sided. And HT is totally correct, that whilst claiming no fund raise was happening, it does appear JHFH knew about the prospectus being prepared. Oh, and if JHFH had decided to state on here what he knew, that would be permissible as it would be classed as public domain. As long as the information wasn’t surreptitiously collected, then it’s not insider information. But he chose not to do so.

It certainly puts the cat amongst the pigeons regarding the last fund raising debacle. If these people knew a fund raise was on the cards, and with a prospectus to boot, can they now say they knew nothing about the last fund raise? Arguably, there were more loose lips then, than on this last attempt. I find it incredible that they still claim they didn’t know. So, will the large holders come clean about what they knew and when they knew about the last raise? All those who just wanted to blame the evil shorters, and still are, are being gas lit. I’m not naming names but people should be looking in other areas, not just shorters for that past debacle.

Saying that though, why would CRUI worry about pollutants getting into the water course, if there’s no route to it…I’ve not made that connection before.

T.P, I seem to remember reading very early on after investing in EML, that one of the reasons for the potentially low capex for this project, was that there were no aquifers on the permit area. That’s only from memory though.

What’s so revealing in all of this, is that Graham ‘the clown’ Clarke has twice been so, so confident in obtaining the ESIA, he’s used words like imminent (3 years ago) and ‘confident of receiving it in this quarter’. So, even if the CRUI we’re inclined to not give the ESIA, given ‘The Clown’s’ confidence, EML would’ve been at least awarded a conditional permit. But no, it appears EML are that far away from satisfying the local permit authorities, it’s a total flat out ‘NO!’

So ‘The Clown’ has to resign. How can any CEO be so incompetent, that they misrepresent and misread the company’s position so badly. If GSM have any stones about them, they should be putting the wheels in motion to remove ‘The Clown’, if he decides not to resign.

There’s zero chance of this getting to 16p. They’ll be such a rush to the exit door of MrI and JHFH and others, at around 8-10p, it’ll suppress the s.p back down again. I’m not saying they’ll sell all their shares, but enough so they can feel the benefit of profits. And why not, it’s what anyone of us would do

TP. They became owners of the asset upon the reverse takeover of Moroccan Salts. The mining licence came after. Admittedly, without the ESiA, it means diddly squat to EML, but as a sellable asset, it does have value.

…and there were posters last week telling us that ‘no, there’s no issue with the CFO leaving’…Lols!

GSM aren’t going to go away without a fight. If OCP/The State really do want this project, without legal complications, then they’ll need to buy the asset.

It’s not a cash shell though. If the BoDs pull on their big boy pants and start negotiating, the in place asset is worth £50-75m. If they decide to go down with the sinking ship, then it’s worthless. They should already be on the phone to OCP.
