I also think it’s a disgrace that A - Graham Clarke still has a job, and B - that he’s reducing his pay by 40%, but then taking a part of that, (I would guess more than half) in shares. The s.p is at 0.5p, probably a lot lower by end of day, so that’s 10m shares for every £50k a year he gets.

Dof…it’s a little unclear but if you go back to the days of the reverse take-over of Moroccan Salts, they owned the site and EML bought them out for £10m. That was way before licences and permits.

Your valuation is way off. Minimum value of proven in-ground asset plus intellectual property, you’re looking at 75-100m. Peanuts to OCP. Let’s not forget, EML still own the asset. Even if the Kingdom withdrew the mining license, EML still own the land. So any buyer will still need to put their hand in their pocket.

Well that was a strong turnabout. On the 18th October, and again I think on the 21st, ‘Peter’ was viewing the permit issue as a negotiation and something to be worked through, to yesterday insulting Morocco, OCP and their King. So, I’d love to know what changed and what he has since found out.
