RE: Without me having to look it up any room, give me a quick answer13 Sep 2024 14:52
Just for clarification JHFH, Hemo can raise before February, in one of four ways;
1. Use up whatever allocation they have left without having to first publish a prospectus. They only have 50-80m shares to play with so unlikely. Unless of course we’re at something like 15-20p, then it’s a more attractive proposition.
2. Publish a prospectus. Very unlikely!
3. Raise against next years 12 month rolling window and not add the shares to the register until this year’s rolling window has expired. Again, if things are looking great in the New Year, why not?
4. Leave the main market and retreat to the Wild West of investing that is the A.I.M. - This would be the nuclear option and things would have had to have gone apocalyptically bad for this to happen.
As I say, only for clarification.
