Central Government can, if they wish, supersede the regional committee and grant the ESIA, regardless. It was the route EML thought they were going through, when they raised the prior appeal. Instead of having the ESIA granted however, it was knocked back to regional. Whether the Govt minister thought regional should be the ones to make the decision and maybe thought they’d approve it, or that he just wanted to wash his hands of all responsibilities, knowing it would get rejected, who knows? I suspect Graham Clarke knows which is why they haven’t immediately stated they’re going to appeal again to central govt.

I find it difficult to believe that if there are no criminal movements going on in the background, that the regional committee or the govt ministry, does not want such a potentially huge jobs creating company to succeed.

Graham Clarke is a liar and now it appears, a fraudster. If this doesn’t make his job untenable, then what does?

@ Gordon Bennett. This company is worthless without the ESIA. Hence why over the past three years we’ve dropped as far as we have. Had EML received the ESIA when our numpty of a CEO said we would, the mine would’ve been built by now, producing and we’d have a potash company worth in the low billions.
