As for ‘no law’, the FCA regulations are statute. They’re not laws as they stand yet breaching of these regulations can bring prosecution. It seems you have difficulty understanding what you yourself are saying.

For once Pumpky, you are. However, that is common knowledge so I’m surprised you needed to email Hemo.

As I said before, they may need to fund raise, but the amounts we’re talking about are really tiny in relation to non-dilutive funding AND the potential future mCap.

@ LOTM-13. You’re confusing insider information with public knowledge, hearsay and opinion. I get this can be confusing but most people who trade their own money should really know the difference.

Pumpky, whether we’re a penny or £4, Hemo can still only issue up to 20% of the existing share total in a 12 month rolling period. Even if they are issued, if P1 results are positive, it won’t matter a jot. Now, if you said you’d cashed out because you’re nervous about negative P1 results, then fair enough, but you’re not. You’re quitting over nickel & dime stuff, when Hemo could be worth in the tens or hundreds of millions in the next 12 to 18 months.

Not invested either but have UOG on my ‘watchlist’ as I was looking for a good entry point, in anticipation of a JV. This RNS is a shocker.

Interestingly, Senti Bio’s mCap was lower than Hemo’s is now, prior to the release of p1 results and subsequent funding news. Also, after a consolidation of 1:10 earlier this year.

Five things I garner from this are;

1. Hemo definitely has to consolidate to invite investment, as shown by Senti.

2. That we are generally, at the right mCap presently, if we view Senti as a contemporary close comparison.

3. That there is a thirst to invest in baby pharma companies especially in CAR-T therapies

4. That Hemo’s science isn’t the stab in the dark like some more negative posters like to portray. We now have tangible ‘proof’ that this concept has legs.

5. It highlights how quickly the s.p will move at Hemo, should P1 results and funding news drop.

No wonder Vlad is excited about another company doing well.

This is all of Vlad’s own making. He wasn’t forced to raise at 2p in the same week FDA approval was achieved and he wasn’t forced to let all his ‘buddies’ know. He wasn’t forced to start the process of preparing a prospectus to raise more shares at a penny, but he was going to. The only thing that stopped that was the prevailing s.p at the time. Regardless, it didn’t stop him raising two weeks before the official start of trials, when the s.p would normally experience a bit of a bounce. He wasn’t forced to release news about a consolidation on the same day that the clinical trial process was started. Now of course, Vlad could be an idiot and this is all an uncanny coincidence. However, it could also indicate a more nefarious attitude to private investors. I don’t think for one second he’s an idiot.

Putin would get a bullet before he had a chance to start a nuclear conflict.
