I’ll be honest, such is my battle weariness with Hemo, that when it dropped off from plus 25% around lunch, I half expected to finish the day in the red. Really pleasantly surprised. Maybe something really is stirring.

Subush, it depends what that good news is. If it’s say, Astra Zenica getting their feet wet with Hemo aspart of their £50bn investment into the U.S, then the S.P could explode to £100 and beyond. If it’s just VC funding of say, £30m, then I can’t see £20, poss £10-£15max. To be honest, I just want £6.50ishto break even, and assess my options then.

i am a shareholder. i hold 7000 of these pieces of arse wipe paper. 2.8m in old money, which cost me an average of 1.69p a share/circa £45k. which is now worth under £10k.

so i’m sick to death of all the bull**** from jhfh, checkthicky and all the other knobs, telling me how effing fantastic things are. the only reason i haven’t sold is that losing £10k is not that much more of a kick in than the already £35k that i’ve lost. so for me, it’s a nothing bet.

that being said, i’ve got every right to my opinion of the clowns running hemo and their sycophantic cheerleaders on here. my opinions of hemo are based of the lived experience of being invested here, long enough to know what a corporate sham they are. oh, and as for the ‘cutting costs is great’. well yes it is, but that also comes with the label of a ‘distressed company’. just think about that for two seconds!

there’s only one way hemo are going to raise more money, and that’s through a placing. you can make up as many other fantasy notions as you like but in the near term, further dry humping existing p.is is the only option he’s got. a jv with pharma is for the birds. if there was any movement on that front, the s.p would be a lot higher. secrets get out!!! and as for the clean room generating cash…maybe in two or three months.

Stu, I don’t have an ‘opinion’ about you, and sometimes you do post some interesting stuff. However, you keep referring to ‘review papers’ as if it’s a catch all to all contemporaries knowledge on CAR-T. Two things, the first is that it is only one review paper, that critiqued several projects. Also, this paper was just a quantitative critique with no substantive research by the authors into the original studies. Also, the review paper is not contemporary. It was a review completed around 20/21, if I remember correctly, drawing on sources from as far back as 2015/16, again from memory. So as much as I do respect your viewpoint when it comes to the finance side of things, on the science, you just come across as an ill-educated dolt. I’m assuming you didn’t go to University, as if you did, you’d appreciate the weaknesses of relying on the review paper you found on Google.

So, to use your own question, if Hemo prove early stage success, why do you think they WOULDN’T attract investment. What in your head, makes this a worse treatment than previous iterations/generations of CAR-T?

This is an unmitigated disaster for investors. Sure, the science may come good and a venture capitalist may invest £30 odd million, but we’ll have been diluted into dust by then. How can someone be so bright and engineer a possible cure for AML, but run a company so disastrously? Crazy!

I mean, I’m no Haywain but one of the USPs of Hemo Car-T is the avoidance of toxicity. That’s one of the biggest reasons previous Car-T trials were stopped.
