As Aussie co founder of Zoox ,who is immensely wealthy ,it would be interesting to know his view on our technology

Wouldn't be surprised if June doesn't turn out to ahead of expectations ,along with the rest of the half year & there will be a trading statement in the next week or two .
Volatity was never far away & those obsessed with our impending failure may have agendae beyond just our trading performance

If we are not allowed to disclose the details of the client or product into which we have gone, surely we will be disclosing that we have received & delivered on a major order worth xxx from a major customer etc

Interesting that after a period of sustained strength the market has more recently ,& since our last trading update , been showing more volatility again -which should be enabling to increase revenues profits & cash flow towards the end of our first half ,which should be exceptional .Difficulty to see stability returning to Markets any time soon & the risk of a major second spike is ever present ,resulting in even more volatility .2020 will ,in my opinion , remain on target to be exceptional on every level & having bought back in around 550 last year & again at under 800 I am considering a further decent stake to take advantage of our unique proposition

Massive buy shows why our SP was firm into the close -a very positive sign

Stormed through 100p today after a few days of building on gains -so let’s hope we can hold the higher ground & build in it based on positive newsflow

Additionally we have furloughed staff & reduced headcount where relevant & received substantial Govt subsidies so our cash position at 30/6/20 maybe better than expected ,apart from the possibility of a licence deal before 30/6 , which , if we are close to one, PM will be keen to close on .

Looks like a very interesting client for us to win ,if we are involved in RFQ

Results due from Cmcx & a trading update from IGG next week should set the tone for our direction & consolidate the view that we are approaching the end of an exceptional first half ,resulting in a substantial increase in our dividend & a continuation of of our share buy back program

Impressive CV & seemingly well connected so lets hope he has a "following " & is prepared to invest some of his own money to create a decent amount of skin in the game.Interesting to see whether he has any unquoted interests which could be reversed into Val at some future point to create more value & diversity.

We all invest for profit & many PIs (myself included ) own shares which were intended as short term which became long tern due to poor SP performance & the reluctance among PIs to accept losses .If there was a takeover in the next ) months @ say 30p those investing over the last 2/3 months would be delighted & it would give them an easy exit .NS is investing for profit ,as we all do ,& J presume he has the resources & the cohinas yo go very long where he considers appropriate & his being so long should encourage we mere investing mortals that there may be money to be made here -the trick bring to recognise ,realise & be happy with whatever profit we individually consider acceptable ..& then move on .
‘New’ senior management team but same products ,the acid test being whether any of our 3 ,allegedly leading ,products have true potential & whether any value in 101(considered historically as the potential jewel in the crown) can be extracted
Another spin of the wheel but the next few months could be interesting

Positive that action has been taken to reduce overheads, conserve cash & prepare ourselves for the upturn & it is unfortunate that our 3 major divisions are all offering our technology to sectors most affected & we should therefore hope for a V shaped recovery.I presume staff being cut to 3 days a week is a more positive alternative to making 20% of the workforce redundant,particularly as the Aussie govt will be paying the majority of the wages & we will be in a position to rapidly expand productivity when demand picks up as our existing workforce will then revert to 5 days per week.I appreciate that some would prefer a more ruthless approach by making 20% redundant but that would also involve the exceptional costs arising relating to redundancy payments.
Fair to assume that various RFQ outcomes have been deferred with view to Covid-19.
Lets hope lombard now increase their holding by a further 30mill + shares taking their holding to the maximum permitted 19.99%-which would at least provide confidence that they still believe in a our future .

Encouraging move & enables our major shareholder to have a better understanding as to what is going on within the company.From the attractiveness of SEE to UK & other investors his appointment should help further with our credibility as a company,which as we all know is based in Canberra but listed on AIM & should beneficial to have a UK based Director, as a fund manager, to best represent our interests to other prospective investors on this side of the world.I view his appointment as a further de risking of our investment here while & adding to our credibility as an investment

Early days so best not to get too excited about what be 2 consecutive positive days but may be more to do with the US appeal court giving GSK additional time to submit their final paper arguments, which we apparently agreed to ,although I am sot sure which we would agree to GSK having more time to prepare their defense -which could substantial millions of $$$.Unless, of course, we have effectively settled & the settlement may soon be announced , ends the uncertainty & results in millions of $$$s being deposited in our bank account sooner rather than later .
Others here may understand the legal protocols involved in such cases in the US & I may well be barking up the wrong tree -although there are several trees in play currently

Our SP is very low,we have market leading technology,contracts with major Auto manufacturers (which will expand once new normal is established),aviation as an industry is on its knees.Fortunately we still have a very decent bank balance but we must be vulnerable right now to an opportunist approach by one of our several major partners & should an approach be made our Board would have to decide what they consider to be in the best interests of all shareholders.I have a very large holding ,built up over several years, & I want our full potential to be realised over the next year or two rather than a sell out to an opportunist buyer - which must be a possibility,even if remote

We should not get too excited at early morning volume and a positive SP , but it would be a pity if we were sold cheaply at this time

If volatility remains over the next 2 months Jack I reckon the Interim divi will be much higher than 100p-could be more like 150p & we will only be a given a clue with the 6 month trading update ,towards the end of June or early July-although with continued volatility I would expect a further reaffirmation update towards the end of May

Owns a large stake here & in Scancell & others & presumably he expects his investments to prosper & will introduce investee companies to one & other if there is scope for collaborations/synergies.
Scancel have increased substantial over the last couple of trading days & this has possibly reflected positively on PRM.
After 21 years invested I am running out of time !

At least 50% of distributable profits to be paid as dividends & if volatility continues in all markets I would have thought dividends could exceed 2018 ,which was an exceptional year due to the crypto boom ,& bust .
