Glad that IGG obliged with a positive trading update & they have higher overheads & rely more on staff who require higher bonuses based in London & other major Cities.we are much more technology based & with higher margins so todays IGG update provides the clear clue that we will be continuing to generate unprecedented levels of revenue,profitability & positive cash flow.

Perhaps at very long last PM has followed my advice & now has sufficient skin the game?

April should have continued the very strong theme in March & I would have thought that an update could be released in the next couple of weeks, but , if not , I wouldnt be surpised to see an update sooner from IGG ,as they will be also extremely busy & their last update was mid March & their year end is 31/5- so may be obligated to declare trading substantially ahead of expectations-which will clearly help us too.
On the assumption that nothing unpleasant emerges from the unexpected resignation of our CEO, he may be more of a figurehead who possibly got greedy & the key decision makers were not prepared to be held to ransom.

There arent many quoted companies in which a disclosable holding holding could be acquired yesterday for under £20k & under £20k today.I currently Val as shell which could be reversed into & our current "assets" sold back to G S & S for a minimal amount.My preference would be for a decent investor with strong financial backing takes a controlling stake & expects to exploit our IP-hopefully one of the well known ,successful & very seasoned industry veterans

Most agree that the removal of the happy couple is a positive but the prospective success of Val rests with our science & whether it may indeed be effective .Years have spent moving forward very slowly,raising funds,usually out of desperation at extremely high costs,punishing PIs in particular & rewarding financial institutions handsomely for raising modest amounts ,usually at a significant discount.We need a CEO & CFO backed by a serious investor/investors,who are prepared to inject sufficient capital to enable Vat to move forward with its objectives over a defined time period ( ie without the need for emergency deeply discounted fund raises every 2/3 months .

Volatility continues as ,I presume ,does the increase in our net revenue & glad to see The Market in our shares pausing for breath ahead of a resumption in our upward trajectory ,no doubt aided over the next few weeks by positive trading statements by our rivals

Like many here I regret having ever heard of Val as it has been a costly journey & I doubt whether many of us have even learned anything from the bitter experience .Have George & Satu ,the gruesome twosome ,really gone or are they still in Situ ,albeit not as Directors .My preference would be for them to be gone ,along with our Chairman & CFO -completely new Board & Senior Managemrnt Team ,a dynamic CEO & FD with belief in our key prospective products & ,ideally ,a City following /fan club ,resulting in a fund raise & re floating of Val with real prospects of success in 1 or all of its concepts .High risk as ever but now valued at under £1mill the acid test us whether 101,201,301 & 401 have any value at all -if not we are worth zero ,but any value at all .......,

Due to be announced on Tuesday so if we have any involvement with testing via Thermo -that’s when it would be announced -so perhaps this ugly duckling can join the others who have performed so brilliantly recently

Pity Paul & Naomi have not yet bought & demonstrated their belief in our potential
Perhaps their buys will be announced on Tuesday .

Interesting as our SP strengthened so would be good to know who sold & who bought & as the amount was just under 3% of our issued shares at least one of the parties are likely to have to disclose.

On reading yesterday's RNS again I wonder if a licensing deal still happen in the nearer term,for a reduced licensing fee but a higher royalty?

Any cash generative deal should be applauded in these most difficult times for the majority of organisations & people .PM does not give the impression of being a shy retiring wallflower & ,as such,he has taken the decision to reduce ,defer & eliminate costs wherever possible with view to preserving our cash resources until the CV crisis is seen to be under control-which the optimist in me hopes will be by end June.
Hopefully PM & team will currently negotiating similar deals which would preclude their buying shares
Most importantly ,we must all keep healthy to ensure the debate continues so good luck & good health to you all.

Pity Andrew didn't go one step further in respect of cheeky questions & ask whether he intends buying any shares at these levels

At what point do Directors /PDMRs start buying -assuming not precluded .If they believe in our potential they should be boot filling -if they are permitted

Glad to have bought more today & looking forward to vindication over the coming months ,although I would prefer it to be days

Perhaps The Market was underwhelmed by the large reduction by an II ,announced yesterday -although I personally would always back insiders buying as they know The Truth .

Hopefully Directors are buying in their sleep & The Market is stirring to that possibility ?

Directors/PDMRs may or may not be buying but I suspect some of us will have been quietly buying today following pragmatic Interims & a positive outlook statement -the most positive points ,IMO being -
-confident of Japanese contracts & an expansion of our team there
-confident of positive responses to RFQs this calendar year
-a massive purchase order for Guardian units suggesting confidence that we will at least meet /exceed targets
-continuing discussions in 3 major territories with insurance companies which will further accelerate Fleet installations ,when signed (hopefully including the US)
-Major Aviation licensing deal /deals to be announced but now accepting that timing is tricky
-Qualcomm deal will hopefully result in decent revenues
As horrendous as Covid-19 is & it’s effect on the global economy PM ,I believe ,is working in the basis that it will be over & resolved within a few months & The World will return to ‘normal’.I appreciate that many will be less optimistic

Perhaps the results were issued today ,following steep falls ,to enable them to buy in ‘cheaply’-call my a cynic but let’s hope so
