It will be interesting to see our outlook Statement but if Markets remain unsettled the resultant volatility will continue to generate substantial revenues for us .

Those of us who are long are all stumped about our recent SP weakness following a solid trading update & my only concern is that perhaps we are on the wrong end of the recent strong bull run in both gold & the bitcoin.However last time there was sustained strength in BC. we made a killing & our profits grew exponentially .

Lets hope that his large number of extremely bright young techies cannot infact "knock up " world beating DMS in a week ( or 50 weeks) leaving them with no option other than to buy our world beating DMS .They will be losing sales due to their lack of DMS with view to the nature of their product.

Encouraging to see substantial increase in volume over the last few days & lets hope that the improvement in momentum continues along with a firming SP which will hopefully confirm that our year was better than expected & ,most importantly ,our outlook has improved substantially in respect of our 3 divisions .Also I hoping for confirmation that Fleet is back on track & expected to resume growing

Fleet retro fit provides much needed cash flow & as we have previously advised,our remote monitoring service is the only profitable part of our business currently & should become much more profitable as our number of Fleet vehicles connected increases.The game changer for Fleet will be installation of Fovio at point of manufacture so as we get closer to mandatory DMS in all vehicles the relatively small number of manufacturers of trucks ,lorries coaches & buses must be considering their options in this respect & installing an additional chip & camera at point of manufacture must be relatively inexpensive (as these vehicles tend to be relatively expensive).Monitoring could be there as an optional extra which could be easily activated over the airways & we would regent have 2 decent income sources -so I don't underestimate the potential from Fleet in addition to Auto.Aviation has been slower than expected & the expectation of an imminent deal last July has proven to have been a tad optimistic but I too suspect that good news from this division may take us all by surprise .I suspect that many of we PIs have been quietly tucking away a few more SEE shares since March(which I will continue to do ) & I hope that we are all rewarded very soon with the sort of positive news which will enable our SP to re rate to a higher level in expectation of a substantial increase in demand for our products & resultant revenues,profits & cashflow

So why wouldn't Intel/Mobileye be interested in acquiring our technology ,which is complimentary to theirs & currently they could buy us out of petty cash?

For a relatively low cost he could install Fovio ,thereby reassuring The Regulators , The Industry & , most importantly, the consumers that his cars are super safe .A Tesla win would be an incredible PR scenario for SEE-unless an NDA prevents disclosure

Why would Stifel put out a buy note if they expected a fundraising any time soon

I appreciate that Tesla know who we are & thus far EM has not considered DMS to be necessary for his vehicles .
Politically he may now have to change his position & while he could spend a year or 2 & millions of dollars developing a proprietary system ,he could also but Fovio from us for $40/50 per chip & immediately enhance the perceived safety of his beloved Tesla
I appreciate this isn’t an expected outcome but in business we should always be prepared for the unexpected -as lockdown has taught us .

I too have only bought & don't have time to trade .I am hoping that on 5/8 we will be advised that we are now generating revenue from our Auto contracts & that is expected to ramp up as the year progresses.I appreciate the very optimistic view of our prospective value & judging by Klicks chart of shareholdings that would result in substantial profits for those of us who bought & sold & even a return to a modest 10p would generate very decent profits for a large number of PIs reporting their holdings here .I am an optimist by nature & have the view that great news could drop any day now in any or all of our 3 divisions .Uncertainty is understandable ahead of the update after which all should be clearer

Pity Kenny hasnt been appointed Non Exec Chairman as he created GVC & as Non Exec Chairman he could have remained the inspiration behind deals while only working part time .He clearly wants out completely & interesting to know if he sold his shares.The new CEO seems to have a strong CV & has been involved in all key GVC deals since his arrival.

Our weak SP is understandable due to all the uncertainties arising within our 3 divisions resulting in concerned about our growth plans & financial position .
Our half year trading update provides PM with the opportunity of allaying all concerns ,which most of obviously hope is able to take advantage of .
Hopefully he will confirm -
1)No fundraising required
2)Commencement of shopping chips in quantity to Auto clients
3) Fleet resuming growth path following a quiet few months post Covid slowdown
4)Aviation ,while being in its knees as an industry continuing to be very interested in our solutions to help them bring about efficiencies & enhanced safety in commercial & military sectors
5)Now we know 2024 is the key date for mandated DMS an expectation that all outstanding RFQs will be resolved in near term
6)Always scope for something new & unexpected to be announced
In short ,the uncertainty needs to be ended to enable our SP to move forward

If launched in Q3 with our tech onboard ,presumably orders will have been received by us which will,hopefully,be referred to in next months half year trading update.Some would say an optimistic view based on track record but at some point evidence of the start of the monetisation of our tech in Autos will commence & hopefully that time is now.Positive news from Toyota,VW & Volvo would also be helpful.

Smokey -it’s not about never selling any stock -I am only talking about See here & I believe that my long term patience & topping up at low low levels (average just over 3p)will provide a decent reward ,hopefully some time soon .I also now have a large enough holding to result in very decent profits should this investment come good & J ,along with many here ,have built my stake over years & would have never bought as many as I now own in one transaction .
I have plenty of investments where I have sold & sometimes bought back (although I don’t have time to be a trader ) & one Aim investment which U sold out of produced a 20X return in investment over around 5 years & I bought back in having sold out completely & my ‘new’ investment is currently up X 3
I appreciate & understand your scepticism regarding See & welcome that perspective but I remain very optimistic & of the opinion that transformational news really could be imminent in any one of our 3 key divisions .

It will be interesting to see by how much our retail estate will have reduced at the next trading update

While truck manufacturers won’t want to incur additional costs unnecessarily ,they will also want to be seen to be ahead of the curve from a road safety perspective ,especially as 2024 wont seem too far in the future for buyers wanting to demonstrate an awareness of modern road safety .I have long thought that a fleet desk at point of manufacture could be transformational for us & if Daimler & others include our chip in all new trucks it will avoid the time & cost of the retrofit & should produce a very decent licence fee + royalties + monitoring services
Like many here ,I have held & bought (never sold) over many years & a perverse aspect of my thinking is for the recent weakness in our SP to continue for a few days to enable my final purchases at 3p or less & then ,at very long last ,await action which will hopefully start in or before our forthcoming update !
Sincere thanks to the many posters who spend a massive amount of time researching our products ,markets & potential markets in such detail which provides some security for the rest of us who don’t have the time
Final point -sone time ago someone set up a spreadsheet in which we could all declare (anonymously ) our shareholdings & it would be interesting to know how many shares members of this club hold (approximately )as I reckon it will have increased substantially

Good news ,although expected today,confirming an additional $6.25mill in milestone payments & low single digit royalties from Europe & Japan,more buyers than sellers,continued buy back....& yet our SP continues to be weak.More positive news soon + a positive half year trading update will hopefully see our SP head North over the coming weeks

Those in the market to buy Bytons will have to switch their attention elsewhere,for now, & may we'll be tempted to buy an alternative vehicle with our DMS onboard .
