Agreed Dragon-I got a reasonable amount at 5.5p but we will be lucky to exceed our entitlement by much,if at all.

I agree entirely Redindi & the substantially increased positive newsflow over recent weeks will increase & perhaps sone tangible contract news will be released ahead of results ,in under 3 weeks , apart from a positive outlook statement & reaffirmation that there are no short term (or long term) prospects of a fundraise

I appreciate that our value will be outed one day ,hopefully soon ,but still very irritating that on a day we issue an RNS conforming how far ahead of the field we are that the SP of SEYE increase by double the increase in our SP (so far ) .Perhaps that will bd reversed some time soon but we may have expected their SP to have fallen on the reaffirmation of our market lead

According to today’s Times,being launched at the end of this month with a planned portfolio of 20-50 smaller companies worth £20-£500 mill .Hopefully we will be on the wish list of Keith Ashorth -Lord -the manager who launched the Buffettology fund in 2011 & increased its value by 210% .Thats the sort of II who we want on board & buying in the Market

We want the wait for a decent rerating based on tangible news to come to an end but not the end game ,until our value is much higher than it is now .If we are to be taken over ,eventually ,we want the starting point to be much higher than it is now & if now seems likely that the next few weeks /months will be pivotal

I appreciate that I have Harper in about it before but when DMS becomes mandatory around The World in 2024 truck ,bus & coach manufacturers will have to be installing at point of manufacture ,which means there is a potentially massive market for us ,30% of which would be immense & we can also offer our remote monitoring services (for a modest monthly fee) to ensure the safety of drivers ,very expensive vehicles & very expensive cargo .Sometime soon
the manufacturers will have to start thinking about their safety plans .Millions of vehicles in this category are produced pa & a 10% take up of monitoring services would result in Fleet being a massive asset & ,hopefully ,cash cow

I take your point Isb & taking a profit from an investment which until last month has only produced losses (on paper) for most here & many remain in loss at our current price .No one here should discourage you from taking a profit but I have built up a large holding over several /many years & it would kill me to sell for a modest profit ahead of Results & a hopefully positive outlook statement apart from the possibility of decent contract news /further RFQ wins .

Very strong & substantiates my view that we will also have been trading very strongly ,resulting in continued buy backs,increased dividends ,more clients & an even stronger bank balance.

Stronger than expected with an additional £50mill profit expected + growing strongly in the US & decent bolt on acquisition.

I agree that all providing crypto trading will be affected proportionately in the same way & the emphasis to me is that our rating remains substantially below that of our quoted rivals as we are perceived to be higher risk,despite being more than 7 years since our IPO & consistently outperforming our peers on every metric.Our issued share capiatal has reduced substantially over recent history & ,at some point ,we will be re rated & afforded a more reasonable rating while still not being expensive & £20 is not an unreasonable SP target to exceed in the not too distant future

Trading update this Friday,should give a strong clue as to how The Market has been for WMH too (I hold both )& will also provide insite into the expansion of the US market .Perhaps the update has been bought forward to encourage Ceasars to sweeten their bid but realistically unlikey to be by too much unless a viable White Knight emerges,supported by Fred Done.

The risk of waiting to see hard cold cash on the balance sheet before investing is that ,if it happens, the SP will be then much higher than it is now .We operate with remarkably low overheads,have issued very few shares,will sell a few more Skbt should we need a modest fundraise, & if we can generate substantially increased revenues (increasingly likely) our net profits & cashflow will rapidly increase thereby justifying our current valuation & supporting a relate to a much higher level.Still high risk but much less than when our SP was double its current level,in the not too distant past .

Beauty is,if it happens Beefcake,that we receive a substantial license fee & royalty on many millions of products without the need for substantial investment on our part.Perhaps the pieces are finally falling into place & the only thing needed to catch is our SP ?
After the last fundraise I imposed a buying price limit of no more than 3p & my holding has increased substantially since then at under 3p ,but I am now considering a revised ceiling of 5p as our time may ,at very very very long last,be upon us & will be helped by a very positive outlook statement in 3 weeks together with confirmation that a fundraising will not be required -final or otherwise .

I thought Paul had made it clear (I can’t remember when or where) that we won’t be investing in new areas but our technology is available for a licensing fee (+ royalties should they achieve commercial success )

I agree & their SP has continued to firm following the fundraise which I could understand more if it was accompanied by a major contract win .Hopefully our Results ,in 3 weeks ,will confirm that we have no need of a fundraise & that we are firing on full cylinders .Positive news ahead of Results would be most welcome

So Victor has put SEYE up for sale -but interesting to see who may buy them & for how much ?Wonder if he spoke with Paul ?

I have only been invested for a few months but wonder whether todays announcement could be our SNG moment , resulting in a rapid re rate with view to the potential for our vaccine to be best in class with view to its prospective long last effect & potential for immunisation against other strains of virus.

We have all seen it before & as Ceasars can block a deal with almost any other interested party ,they are in control & perhaps with their substantial shareholding, Bet Fred will sanction the deal as they will get the retail outlets they want for next to nothing in a classic asset strip.May even be some "jobs for the boys "

Great Results from 888 , which bodes well for our trading statement in a couple of weeks & it will be interesting to see our progress in the US together with confirmation of our growing US market share .
