Spike 20p & 18p @ 31/12/21.
Interesting to see how many long termers will "top slice " once we ( hopefully ) hit 10p & then 15p & how many will sell out completely at those levels , having doubled or trebled their investment .
I havent bought, accumulated & held for a 3 bagger or 6 & I hope for 10 or more-possibly on a takeover.
Hopefully all will start falling into place early next year when our future will be clearer

Additionally Mick Wood ,Interpack Directors & others who sold businesses to CRU & still hold paper may be inclined to cash out now-either as the funds would be useful, or they arent investors usually in the stock market & view their exit as a reason to sell.My stake will be sold when Joe sells - the end game , hopefully 15-20p , unless something transformational happens, which is unlikely .

This deal will have been in process for at least a few weeks & clearly no leakage in respect of our SP which was in decline for weeks ,assumed to be the Miton overhang ( & how happy will they have been to sell part of their holding for 4p ).
One wonders, mischievously, whether Gyllenhammer acquired his holding based on more than a hunch -perhaps a favour was being repaid - as if that still happens today !

Great deal for CRU on every level - I though Joe would dispose of the whole group but he is effectively liquidating the assets himself, having established value of our Haydock site by the granting of a 10 year lease to a massive company .I doubt whether they will use our cash & I anticipate a disposal of our remaining & profitable subsidiaries for £4-£5mill & then the Freehold & we will either MVL or make large capital distribution & sell CRU as a clean shell or seek a reverse takeover - Joe retires without egg on his face & achieves around £1mill for his holding ,Glad to have bought a few more during the recent malaise but also will be very glad to be out !!

Perhaps S7 can be guest of honour at our long overdue celebratory gathering when he can advise that he was bluffing all along & has only ever been uber bullish ?

Hopefully GSK are about to publicly capitulate ?

Terry-I appreciate that you are conservatively projecting Fleet at 50-70k installed units by 31/12/23 & I also appreciate that is based on our current trajectory based on retro fit , although I would conservatively project our minimum retrofit installations at more than 50k ( which only adds 20k units over 3 years ).
If all commercial vehicles,coaches, vans etc, by 31/12/23 will be mandated to have DMS onboard by 2024, by then I would hope that the majority f not all new commercials being manufactured will have DNS embedded into the manufacturing process & by then we could be in hundreds of thousands of commercial vehicles , with the potential for buyers to activate our remote monitoring services over the airways & thereby eliminating the cumbersome & timely retro fit which finds us currently with orders for 3500 units to be installed, ironically held up due to logistics-ie the vehicles have to be parked up somewhere for long enough for our subcontracted engineers to install & test our hardware , on a truck by truck basis .
Lets hope for an Aviation update , & contract with L3 , tomorrow !

Many of us here have built up our holdings over 5-10 years & in the process have accumulated decent holdings.My average cost is under 4p & I havent sold any & I believe,ably assisted by some of the great posters here , that our SP will be much higher if we can achieve 30% of Auto & Fleet & a bigger % of Aviation ( where there is , currently ,no competion )
Most here would celebrate at 10p & some may sell some or all of their shares at 15p but we should always be appraising our investments & I hope not to be selling any , should we exceed 15p , as that achievement will have been based,hopefully,on contract wins,growing revenues,visibility regarding profitability becoming closer & our market share being established & once wee reach the heady heights of 15p , the prevailing view may be that we could easily double from there & become valued at $1-$1.5 bill based on the NPV of future cashflows,which should keep growing .

Contracts to supply to OEM of Trucks, Coaches, Vans will be the real gamechanger , & will put our current numbers of approaching 30k into perspective assuming we can maintain our first move advantage, as PM referred to , & 30% of the commercial market at point of manufacture would be millions of vehicles annually & truly enormous.Massive potential for a $350-$300mill company with 3 distinct business areas in which we could take a decent market share,growing turnover, as cash balance which should see us through to profitability, supportive IIs & a senior management team which is slowly building credibility .I agree that PM now needs to deliver on the 2 MOUs & other contracts to prove his ability to sign large global contracts & then our SP should re rate substantially

Hopefully it will confirmed on Monday that GSK have not appealed to The Supreme Court & the trading update due early next month will be positive,possibly indicate how our substantial cash pile will be used & confirm progress in respect of our CDMO business .I have held (& bought)since SKP but for the first time since then I believe that a serious re rating could take place over the near term & with continued positive news could exceed 150p fairly soon with 200p in the horizon too .My concern is that having acquired a poorly performing company(from a SP perspective) by default I would be disappointed if an opportunist bid took us out too soon as this time next year our prospects could be perceivable much brighter

There was very little in our SP for Advair & additional annualised profits of $50-$100mill is not insubstantial & in itself should be worth $750-$1bill , ie over £1 per share.
If GSK dont appeal today it will be interesting to see what value our brokers put on us & I wouls expect a strong buy as there is also no value ascribed to our new CDMO business-which is likely to be more successful than anticipated by many.The value of our Ellipta range generics could exceed Advair.

If Gsk buy us it will have to be at a fair price,which would be likely to exceed 200p & would reflect the value of their loss,assuming they don't appeal to the Senate tomorrow.Meanwhile after today's news our SP should enjoy the long awaited rerating

Following this fantastic news , & earlier than expected, should GSK concede tomorrow our SP should be very strong & hopefully recovering towards the highs when my SKP shares were acquired.Mid teen % royalty should see an immediate improvement in both our top & bottom lines -apart from our rapidly growing cash pile .I hope our CEO has bolt on acquisition targets in mind in order to escalate the growth in his CDMO project - apart from the possibility of buy backs, a special dividend & the possibility of a progressive dividend policy

Excellent news & bodes well for 2021 being a pivotal year for our progress following regular disappointment since many of us found ourselves on the share register following the acquisition of SKP.Much positive news to be announced over the coming (hopefully) days, weeks & months.
Presumably the announcement of our CDMO expansion is a measure of confidence of our potential for growth in that division.

Retrofit installations are a slow process & while Fleet appears to be growing again the %s may sound impressive but we need to hit an infection point of exponential growth , into the hundreds of thousands of installations & being monitored before achieving millions.If all new Fleet vehicles will soon be mandated to have DMS at point of manufacture PM needs to ensure that we have a fair % of that massive market & 30% would be more than adequate to generate future revenues of hundreds of millions pa - with very high gross margins .This is not a ramp or fantasy -someone will emerge as market leader & due to my substantial investment here I would prefer to be SEE , rather than an obscure ( from the public eye) start up who somehow manages to eliminate our early move advantage, years of experience, substantial human factors data etc.

Capitalising on our early move advantage is crucial & we are now close to the inflection point where manufacturers of Fleet vehicles will be considering their DMS requirements & wining a 30% market share would generate very substantial revenues -IF we are able to achieve deals with manufacturers-which would rapidly dwarf our current retrofit business, which is a terrific little business but growth has been painfully slowly since the failed promises of the previous regime in terms of growth expectations.Retrofit will always present logistical problems resulting in steady growth but difficult to anticipate exponential growth from retrofit .The future is installation at point of manufactoring with the potential for our monitoring services to be switched on over the airways - if required. Game changer when announced !

The free float is very small & if the Miton overhang is removed by placed in friendly hands our SP could increase to 10p ish & then stabilise until FY21 Results- offering excellent short term returns to new investors.I have been invested here since before electricity so my best hope is a modest profit ( my average is around 9p & an exit ,at some point.If our recovery is sustainable i would expect JG to be looking at a disposal in the not too distant future in order to crystalise value in his holding

Results solid rather than stunning & if the corner has been turned I would hope Directors would buy in substantial quantities-which maybe why the Results were published 3 days earlier than expected.If JG & pals take Mitons stake then our SP may well increase by a reasonable amount as that would give confidence that we are undervalued but buying 50-100k of shares would be meaningless.I bought more yesterday at 5p to reduce my average but CRU is a stock which is difficult to get excited about -while i appreciate that an investor took a decent holding @4.5p recently there could be an excellent short term return to be had

Interesting that Miton, having decided to exit their investment here, were prepared to do so at any cost, despite the improvement in trade this year
