I called H & L last week & bought over phone & has to pay 1% commission ,which with the benefit if hindsight (always handy) was cheap as I paid just over 8p -& the greedy B*stard in me regrets not buying many more !

That news would be transformational as Fleet would then be perceived as being capable of a ramp up in scale of multiples of our current retrofit programme

I doubt whether we will remain independent for long enough for dividends to be considered but should we eliminate our accumulated losses & be in a position to pay dividends I too would prefer but backs to increase our stakes but in reality I doubt whether will remain independent that long -the most important thing being that we are sons ,eventually ,for a very fair price which fully reflects very substantial potential

Our SP is more like to be driven by positive newsflow .Iam surprised that our 2 year contract with RAAF in collaboration with CAE was not considered worth of an RNS ,(referring also to potential expansion of that contract with RAAF & other prospective clients ),or even inclusion on the Aviation section of our website .Positive news could land at any time which would justify our recent price rise & hopefully justify a sustained re rating .There have been many multi bagging shares over the last 12 months or so & there is no reason why we should not continue increasing assuming positive newsflow & ,IMHO,our SP could exceed 20p over the coming months & thereby enabling at least one of our esteemed members to retire early .

Interesting interview & there will be many companies looking to exploit this emerging a new sector & as I made a small inaugural investment here earlier this week I will be following with interest

Perhaps there was no RNS as this contract is part of a larger scenario with CAE, the finishing touches to which are being finalised & PM is wary of declaring "imminency " too prematurely .The deal with L3 will be most welcome , when eventually announced but CAE , as market leaders in a massive market, will do for starters & demonstrate clearly to The Market that we do indeed have 3 viable divisions ( apart from any which may yet emerge , eg consumer market via Qualcomm).
there remain many reasons to be cheerful here .

Todays RNS announces they have taken a position , which I view as a positive as they tend to move in & out of stocks,(understandable) & as VLRM is illiquid they must see scope for a reasonably short term gain & the potential for them to dispose of a sizable holding.The trick is to sell before them !

I doubt whether many of us expected anything too exciting from todays statement although disappointing that Aviation was not referred to specifically suggesting that the expect deal with L3 ( & others) may be on the back burner until the Aviation market improves,hopefully later this year

If our products are superior technologically & we can compete favourably on price ,why would any prospective customer take the SEYE solution ?

I entirely appreciate that the SEEs view has , for some time ( including KK) that the "auto order book will drive value "-however , if DMS is to be mandated globally for all vehicles from 2024 , all trucks ,vans,buses,coaches etc will need SMS & our remote monitoring services could be bought subsequently & updated over the airways.If we win a comparable % of Global Fleet Market & our product is installed at point of manufacture , Fleet has the potential to be a very significant part of our prospective revenues & even if a relatively small % of owners buy our remote monitoring services the potential income from Fleet must be substantial.

If we are good enough for Waymo we should be good enough for Tesla -their buying our tech would be perceived as a great endorsement -to the great disappointment of our detractors

Toronado will have obviously done their own due diligence before parting with $10mill at a premium in excess of 10%.
They will have also signed NDAs & presumably made insiders for the purpose of this transaction & , also presumably , until 31/3, when Results will be announced.They know why they have invested at a premium & will also have an idea as to what they expect from an exit .

A few short months ago very few of us would have expected our SP to have consolidated at around 10p after a long period hovering around 3p following the last major placing & most of the portfolios of we LTHs have been transformed by the 3 bags since Sept.Following solid news regarding our collaborations with Qualcomm & Omnivision we now need a strong outlook statement & preferably contract /RFQ award news ahead of our Results to enable our SP to kick on to a new trading range & give confidence to all investors we are indeed close to the inflection point where our substantial prospects morph into substantially increased revenues.We need the L3 licence deal to be announced & more signs of tangible progress , some of which may be forthcoming before 31/3

Let us not forget that RGO own about 18% of Piri ,apart from their own 4%+ of Pluto

By 2024,assuming no slippage in that revised timetable,all vehicles will need an acceptable level of DMS & we will be able to provide it ,whatever the budget of the OEM for the model in question -so that will be all new cars ,vans ,trucks ,buses etc .

Great list & always room for some unexpected additions .Should you achieve 100% & without the need for a fundraise ,we can speculate as to where our SP would end the year but my guess would be North of 50p

There is also scope for another strategic investor to emerge with a disclosable holding,at some future point, further bolstering our cash balances,if required-apar from any upfront licence fees,not built into the current projections/budgets.
