We should not forget that Fleet has had a new general manager for a short while & I am hoping he will use his contacts & knowhow to accelerate the growth of this division.

The original announcement suggested that we would pour another £10mill into the Lyons Black hole over 3 years & that Lyons was unlikely to be cash flow positive for 5 years, or more.
If Lyons is loss making I am not sure why it is not simply being closed down & written off , & , if that saves £10 mill over 3 years, we would all receive an additional 1.5p or so , or around £9k extra to you , Aclearmind.

I have no problem with Paul Fry as he has been with the company for some time & has done a decent job .Downie on the other hand is all fake & no give & will no doubt make many millions out of this deal having invested nothing at all .I am sure the deal will happen but let’s hope the IIs & HIK see what is obvious & at least demand a fairer price than 136p.19p is our share of the GSK win & was our anyway & ludicrous for Downie /Carlyle to suggest otherwise

Presumably the RFQs which are out in respect of Aviation should result in negotiated contracts /licences as we currently have no competition in this space so if CAE & L3 (+ any other prospective clients) believe their products & performance will be enhanced by inclusion of our tech they have no choices other than to agree a mutually acceptable deal ,with us .We need to take advantage of our early move advantage in Aviation as SEYE will no doubt soon be declaring themselves as Kings of the air too !

Terrific news as it proves our ability to create a new industry where one did not previously exist & this is a bridghead deal which will be used by CAE to sell our concept to all of their military clients.The potential was always massive but we now have proof of concept & our Aviation division is now generating revenue, is viable & therefore has value-which is likely to be substantial in both military & civilian aviation.
Perhaps our MOU with L3 will now morph into the long awaited imminent deal !

100% correct dgaser-Our Board have clearly accepted 136p per share for our company ,in which they have less paid for shares than many of us.To value our shares at 136p with 2 or 3 major onknowns in respect of our potential revenues from Advair generic,Ellipta generic & the possibility of a C-19 solution ,apart from our substantial remaining cash balance ,to be increased b an additional $32mill in the next 12 months (Pacira),is mystifying .Purchases of over 3% of our issued share capital announced late today may be a prelude to a higher bid & we will have to wait with bated breath

I agree that our SP performance has been disappointing over the last 3 years,but as Lewbo correctly states, many LTHs took advantage of the low SP & reduced their/our average cost substantially.SEEs PR from a PI perspective has been far from brilliant but neither KK or PM have ramped our SP in the way that "The kings of DMS" have & their expectation is that deals done will ultimately result in increased revenues,cashflows & ,ultimately, profits ( rather than losses) & our SP will then reflect our potential.
I appreciate that I have been optimistic since I first invested almost 8 years ago & remain more optimistic now than ever before, despite the paucity of contract/licence news

The Directors are greedy and a disgrace as they have done nothing to benefit shareholders and are engineering a deal which will primarily benefit them and Carlyle at our expense

I have a fairly large holding at an average of under 7p -so no complaints from me .Surely,if DA are worth billions ,the deals done by DA would be announced ,our revenues would be ramping up substantially & our prospective value would be monetised.Their are many loss making Unicorns out there which will be loss making for years & if we really are at or beyond the inflection point with DA I would expect our SP to be much higher.
I have no plans on selling & will buty more in any furthervweakness,but just trying to be realistic.
I appreciate that if DA are worth billions many of us here will have financially life changing holdings

An RNS showing positive process in 1 or all of our divisions should be more valuable than a $73mill bolt on acquisition ,which boosted the SP of SEYE substantially last week ,while our SP continued falling.
My view is that we have the building blocks in place ,the positive contract news is coming & we will be major players in this prospectively substantial market.We know there will be competition & that we won't win 100% of the market but we are all confident that once the deal flow accelerates following post RFQ contracts the tangible evidence of our substantial prospective revenues will be evident & our SP will respond accordingly

Great news about the appointment of our new CEO,based in the US & with deep experience & able to manage our dynamic emerging sales team.

Meanwhile The Market has responded well to their acquisition while our SP has retreated over the last couple of weeks -positive news would be helpful .

Well remembered Monkshood!I did buy more at the time of my comment & you msay expect me to be therefore very happy with 155p( mine are all in ISAsSIPP so not bothered by personal tax ) & yet I am not .We dont know the full extent of our prospective income from our Adavair generic & our generic Ellipta range could far exceed that - so we are selling at a re determined price assets the revenues from which are currently unkown,although we do know that $32mill will soon be received from Pacira in respect of our final Exparel milestone.
It would be great to hope for a counter bid from HIK but I suspect that a quiet deal has already been done with them which could involve a future deal for them to buy out our interest in both generics , for an amount which will possibly cover a large part of Carlyle s cost & if Flutiform ids also sold , for several hundred million $s it will prove to be a great deal for all concerned....apart from us.
This feels like clumsy pickpocketing in broad daylight !!

The proof should come with next trading update which should demonstrate a rapidly increasing order book & revenues -the massive potential of DA will then be more widely recognised resulting in tangible proof of the vast potential of Tern to multibag from here
