Is in Magnas hands as they have the CLN-we will hopefully have the facility in place to repay $60m should the need arise -but it is Magnas choice as to whether or not they convert -whether we want dilution or not

Is very exciting as it demonstrates that OEMs can switch rapidly to our mirror solution if required to improve their NCap rating .

Resolution of the CLN over the next few days could well allow the long awaited re rate & ,perhaps,our brokers will now increase their targets for our SP

Volume is reasonable & buys substantially outweigh sells ( so far ) ,yet our SP is more or less unchanged-for now

Magna will have a very good idea as to their projected global volumes from our joint mirror solution together with knowledge as to how much are projected to receive.They will have formed a view as to whether their increasing their holding makes sound business sense & that will hopefully soon become clearer

Set to increase over the coming weeks culminating in a substantially improved MRE ,with ,hopefully ,a substantial quantity of measured resource ,ASX listing & mine financing .

Much to look forward to resulting ,also hopefully ,in a decisive move upwards in our SP

Market makers unlikely to want to hold 43 m shares over the weekend -so I agree that someone is likely to have bought yhem

Perhaps Candy & pals wanted to cash in as Boom had become a slow burner & had an exit price in mind which wasnt met.

Following the strong Q2 & first half presumably other prospective bidders may now be revisiting the possibility of acquiring us -

Perhaps Tobin will resume his buying today ?

The optimists amongst us would expect more than 7p by the end of the year assuming the newsflow is as hoped for /expected, over the next 7 months

Agree that aftermarket is niche but if currently generates around $18m recurring annual revenues & growing again ,slowly .Pail is aware of its niche & is presumably trying to secure deals with OEMs via T1s (Magna ,Valeo & others ) to secure a larger share of the new van ,truck ,bus market via extremely profitable software deals ,while keeping the supply of hardware niche .

SEE is at a crucial place in its history & as a very long term investor I am hoping that this year & FY 27 will prove to be the elusive major inflection point .

Seize-if Auto produces 2m+ in Q4 ,we are already printing money -but The Market hasn’t realised that yet .I presume if we produce 2m+ this quarter ,FY 27 Auto prospective numbers will increase substantially as our numbers are likely to grow through the year -& Magnas announcement yesterday will surely help our cause .Our royalty margins exceed 90% & we will be cash flow positive & profitable .

Despite our recent SP recovery from 3p ish I retain my conviction that The Market is behind our curve

Semantics open to interpretation -in the context of the announcement it refers to expansion across global vehicle platforms -as opposed to expansion of an existing contract with an OEM.

Appreciate that I may be reading what I want to see but it certainly looks like great news for the pretender to the Kings of DMS-lets see !

Surely Ricky S would not just gift his holding to MGM & would want the best possible price for his fund .Markets clearly very poor right now & not a great time to liquidate a fund ,especially with a short term stop date

Terrific news & should certainly help with the finalisation of our loan ,in the event that the CLN needs to be repaid in full.Great endorsement that our tech is truly market leading & perhaps other whales with aspirations in the autonomous driving market will be tempted towards us us too,eg Tesla ,Uber ,Wayve etc.

Potential for much more positive news before the close of FY 26 ,including conclusion of our loan to cover the CLN -& despite very uncertain Markets,we should conitinue our re rate

SEE DMS/OMS included in Valeos offering with the facility to switch on our monitoring services could produce the volume sales which we crave for from Fleet.

We would make less revenue per unit, but sell multiples of the units currently being sold at an extremely high margin,& our additional monitoring services would also result in very high margins.

Great point Whatif-lets hope ,if they declare, it is with us not SEYE as the winning of a major Toyota contract would be a big deal.

Very encouraging Proactive -64k question ,how far will we rerate ahead of an expected strong Q4 for Auto ,improved G39+ continued increase in recurring revenue),finalisation of the loan to cover the CLN & Paul dangled the carrot (again) of the possibility of new verticals with our ‘partners’

Despite disappointing G3 numbers,our most optimistic quarter yet ,hopefully providing the long awaited inflection point

I hoovered a few more up on Fri under 7P.There is low volume in our shares as a micro company.although that has picked up a little over the last couple of days.The major concern I have currently is the affect that the Iran situation maybe having on our margins,with the cost of raw materials rising strongly.

A reassuring year end trading update would be helpful
