More likely that AOP will seek an agreed takeover at ,hopefully ,a much higher price ,rather than take 100% ownership with view to disposing in a year .Had they wanted 100> surely they would have done so earlier this year when they could have taken us out at 4-5p as opposed to 10-12p now -if that really is their agenda ?

At least that would be more enjoyable than owning shares in Val !

There is usually a reason for an Investor Meets meeting so perhaps an RNS will be released ahead of Seans new presentation providing substance ?

Good to see our market cap exceed that of the Kings of DMS today - long may that continue.

I invested god a quick buck ,around 13 years too soon !

Those investing agreed lows ,under 2p,have their quick buck but don’t seem to be selling as positive news flow increases ,together with volume & momentum .The beauty of the slow buck is that multiple opportunities have arisen to buy more & build a decent holding & J am sure that we lifers are hoping that the chances to buy at very low levels are now behind us -although our substantial near term potential suggests that we are now derailed substantially which is why our SP has recovered strongly ahead of more positive news

You refer to the substantial potential from the one prospective order ,running to the high 10s of thousands of units -but we remain in discussions with many potential customers ,including another very large customer in the EU -so if Fleet really is on brink of major success your numbers could be duplicated for each major client win -apart from the accumulated growing momentum from our many smaller customers .I have always expected Fleet to be a major part of our business & perhaps now ,despite a poorvQ1,we are at the long awaited inflection point & The Market is waking up to our potential .

7% compound over 10 years would roughly double the value of your investment (impossible to put a value on time spent -so a 4p investment rolling up at 7%pa would be worth around 8 p 10 years later .With continued good news ,expected increases in Auto & Fleet ,early resolution of CLN -there is a fair chance we will reach 8p in the coming months & ,perhaps ,exceed it substantially .

I would have thought that the US multinational would be keen to advertise their increased focus on driver safety via Socials-why improve safety if you don’t shout about it -so likely to be revealed in due course

If the large multinational US client isnt Amazon-the good news is that Amazon remains to be won along with many other US multinationals requiring top rated, proven high quality DMS/OMS with real time monitoring & the unit cost ( around $800)is very low relative to the cost of each rig

Disappointing quarter ,especially Fleet ,but strong Proactive & Martin particularly positive & great that the solution to the overhang of the convertible loan will be announced by 31/3/26-long before the due date ,which suggests the possibility of a deal with Magna .

Poor quarter but future looking very positive & no doubt Martin will resume his accumulation

AGM on 26/11 & Interims will hopefully be published before then, or, & more likely, a detailed trading update will be issued as H1 ended on 31/10/25.

Lets hope that the H1 positive momentum referred to with results has continued & that H1 was very positive.

If we previously had no expectations from the China market but we now have access via our contract with Magna to supply approx 4.5million units (VW projected sales in China for 2025), our sales from Magna should increase substantially,even if we only achieve,say, $2 per unit-although as our solution also includes OMS there is no reason why our unit sales price should not be higher .Our declared contracts always refer to minimum contract value over the life of the contract so revenue generated could obviously exceed that amount

$1.9m milestone on first sale -which should be within 4 or 5 months -or maybe sooner if their launch plans are in place & we supply their Accrufer so no supply problems anticipated -great news for what should be a material market for us

Jimi-better to have been late to this party with an average of 3p or less as many of us first invested well over 10 years ago & have taken advantage of the hiccoughs over the years to average down & find ourselves with bigger holdings than we ever imagined when making our first investments.

All is well which ends well & a well deserved bounce in our SP would be well received &,if not ,Directors & the company will no doubt be acquiring more shares
