Shares probably issued to conserve precious cash & motivate the vendors,assuming they are remaining for a while , to have a vested interest in the continued success of their business & as we see from todays RNS, large amounts of cash can be applied wisely very quickly.I am sure it wasnt difficult to present the case to the vendor that CRU will be a debt free, profitable company paying a better dividend than any bank & with prospects of , realistically, modest capital growth.

There could be a number of new investors who have kept their heads below the parapet by buying under 3% ,while having positions from which they can build .No reason for s another placing in the short term so prospective new investors can only buy ‘on market ‘

4 weeks today & whole not expecting anything radical as the last update was 1/2 ,there remains the possibility of news re L3 or any other Licences /Contracts currently under discussion & any continued weakness in our SP may we’ll tempt Griffith’s & /or others to increase their holdings .
FOMO -100% as I & others here (& elsewhere )have total conviction & have always known it would be a long game .

I didnt expect that & interesting to see whether JG had a series of small acquisitions lined up & that this will be the first of several- or a one off & with a decent capital distribution to be made

Net asset value following the disposal will be about 16.5p ( including cash of about 10.5p) & if our Haydock Freehold is sold for , or revalued at ,say £2.5mil,that would increase to around 19p.The value of our remaining ( & profitable ) subsidiaries , if sold could add a further 5/6p , increasing our prospective asset value to around 25p.
As I have said previously , I reckon JG , in his 70s, is looking for a decent exit for his shareholding & he will either dispose of the remaining assets, make a capital distribution & reduction of capital, leaving a clean shell for a company to reverse into , or he will have identified a larger private company in a similar sector to reverse in once all capital movements have been resolved.
Either way , provides an opportunity for a gracious exit for all long term very stale bulls & a very decent exit for those buying around 5p late last year .Most of us, including JG , will be glad of an exit

Many sales in Feb indeed.....& Richard Griffiths declared a holding over 3%

4 RNSs since start of year including a very positive trading update & Interims last year on 10/3 so should be a week or two away & no reason for the outlook statement not to remain positive .The increased number & value of RFQs referred to in the recent trading update could result in 1 or more RNSs at any time & the anticipated uplift in Aviation as the World begins to recover (hopefully )from C-19 may encourage to sign the contract & move forward with their next generation plans .
SP very disappointing following our recent spike & Griffith’s discoursing 3%+ but,as ever ,some will view this as a healthy consolidation of our SP in a higher trading range ahead of any number of catalysts for further progress
Many of us held our nerve at 3p & less for long periods & my view is that my now very decent profits are not for taking & I am also not tempted to top slice .

Perhaps Intel should buy us for $15.3 bill too in order to bring them up to speed & give us 300p per share ,which See2020 was ridiculed for.May not seem so ridiculous as the next few months unfolds & more deals are announced & our prospective revenues start escalating exponentially .

Very exciting news & could result in another substantial income stream & I have always considered that SEE ( under KK & PM ) understate our triumphs.However, what we now need in order to enable our SP to continue re rate is the announcement of contracts & licences with numbers attached in order that analysts & prospective investors can start to monetise our potential , theNPV of which will therefore increase , as will our SP.We have had great news over recent weeks & confirmation of our deal with L3 before very positive Finals early next month could be pivotal

Tiny free float,tiny market cap, not sure that it has a business as yet ( apart from 18% of ADVFN ) so my view is it is a lowly valued blockchain shell into which i bought a few more a couple of weeks ago at under 40p.
lots of ARB holders understandably taken profits over the last week or ( I have resisted the urge having last taken some at 120p) so large amounts of "easy " money looking for a home & here & Mode , + others, are likely beneficiaries.
We need to be wary of "the spike "

I would have thought that in the brave new World there will only be space for safety DMS & "convenience" DMS will be contrary to the proposed regulations if not fit for purpose

I made my first investment here yesterday on the basis of a very low capitalisation,what seems to be a decent & experienced Management Team ,whose brief & plan will be to make Drumz a much larger company .Only time will tell although I suspect there are many prospective investments under discussion

Not unreasonable to expect Regulators to be all over EM like a rash as his tweets move markets ,possibly for his benefit & potentially causing financial anxiety for his millions of supportive followers who hang on his every word .the fact that he is (currently) one of the most successful businessmen in history does not necessarily bestow Deity status upon him .
He should behave more responsibly

How can he continue talking up his own book,whether it be BTC or dogecoin ,without being censured for market manipualtion for his own benefit ?

If the product has great potential & if any progress made recently I would have thought they would rather partner a larger company (with deep pockets) & try for a standard licensing,milestone & royalty deal .I appreciate it is a big IF.

It would be interesting to know what his target price is for SEE- & if anyone here knows him it must be worth a message .
One thing is certain - he has not invested for a steady 6% pa

It will be interesting to see if RG will continue building a position & the fact that he has just exceeded 3% means he is happy to have his head above the parapet & may signal an intention to keep buying .Hopefully we will prove to be one of his best investments
