Great that Results are now out & I am hoping that Paul & other PDMRs will take the opportunity of buying decent numbers of shares as a true sign of their confidence in our potential as they ,like us,probably did not anticipate the possibility of being able to buy again at just over 3p .I appreciate they maybe precluded although the statement is very clear as to where we are currently in respect of prospective RFQ & other deal news so no obvious reason for them not to buy .

Interims due in next 2/3 weeks & PM will have another opportunity to reaffirm that we are expected to meet expectations ,or not & provide a comprehensive update re all sectors .The Automotive & Aviation industries have been hit very hard by the dismal last 2/3 weeks & there is a possibility that our targets will be pushed back ,which while none of us (apart from Smokey) want but may have to reluctantly accept .On the other hand there remains time & scope for 1 or 2 licensing deals to be announced before 30/6 & our SP us currently almost 50% of our January high -ie our SP is discounting abject disaster .Good luck to All

Terry -I love the idea of doubling ,trebling or quadrupling by summer but I won’t be spending my ‘windfall’ on a F*****g cruise !!
If our SP could quadruple by Summer I hope PM & colleagues buy shares following Interims out of his own resources -apart from his prospective freebies

Simple equation for PM-no tangible contract news before or with Interims (due whenever PM decide to issue them ,as they will now be done,& I expect PM is pushing for tangible news before Results),then our SP continues to languish .Tangible RFQ /Licensing news of material amounts will see our SP recover strongly ,assuming Markets recover composure & stability .
None of us will be 'happy ' to see our SP approaching 3p again,but those believers amongst us will be following the famous Buffett quote -'be greedy when others are fearfull' & accepting the associated high risk in the hope/expectation of excellent returns

Plus has been my best investment in that I invested shortly after IPO @ around 140p & built up a decent holding(all in ISAS) which cost me less than zero after accounting for very generous dividends & I bailed out before the big fall early 19 following Director sales .I bought back (a much small holding in mid 500s) last year & have no plans on selling my current holding (while the story remains compelling )& will buy more if we slip below 900p(unlikely) before results .I would have preferred the Treasury to have been cancelled but broadly very happy with my investment here over the years

A license with Qualcomm for an entirely different use of our IP would possibly encourage our SP to higher levels ?

I am sure that even the most bullish amongst us suffer occasional doubts regarding our investment here & Smokeys decision is understandable ,particularly if he is still in profit @ our current SP.PM is big on rhetoric & whether we like it or not the delivery of tangible contract news has been virtually non existent -our last contest based RNS dated 25/10 confirming a deal for 120 trucks for Bison ,which was also triumphing our return to the N American market & presumably expected to be a bridgehead for more deals .The imminent Aviation deal/deals have not yet materialised & the Auto & Aviation industry have been hard hit by Coronavirus issues -so our lower SP & market uncertainty is very understandable .
My view is that H believe we are currently funded towards break even & any capital require in future will be lower than previously & could be achieved without a share issue (if required) & I still consider that ,despite the lack of tangible news ,it could start flowing quickly & there remain major OEMs to announce their response to RFQs apart from long awaited news regarding Aviation licensing deal/deals.
IMHO we remain high risk ,which is compensated for by the potential for high rewards & PM suggesting that new investors could go well is likely to be correct & we lifers invested too soon .I consider he was just saying it the way it is rather than gloating -although it irritates me that he bought no shares @ 3p in last years placing & hope that he & other PDMRs buy shares with their own funds following results (presuming not precluded ).I remain in god the ride & a rosier future

Gonens substantial buy yesterday gives a strong clue as to how he feels his £5mill is best invested & I suspect his yield will exceed that offered by his bank .My only regret when buying back in the mid 500s was not being greedier when others were being fearful !

Good to see Director buying at these levels following last weeks unscheduled & very positive trading update .

What % of their market do Mobileye/Intel control & assuming it is dominant why should we not dominate our market if we have the best product at the best price .Why would they buy an inferior product for the same price ?

Great that Victor has conceded Volvo & perhaps he will very soon also have to concede VW & Toyota .It would be great if an RNS could be released yo confirm the same -unless Viktor & Sophie are an item

Perhaps the very positive interview will tempt a few of the prospective US investors to start building stakes ahead of our further tangible progress

Agree -a good start to the week -which improve substantially if we are treated to an RNS @7am tomorrow confirming our first Aviation Licensing deal &/or positive RFQ news from Toyota &/or VAG .Appreciate I am asking for a lot but positive newsflow has to start soon

The SP reversal presents a further buying opportunity to those who believe that the financially significant good news will soon be announced ,following many years of hope & expectation by many investors who have been holding /buying here for many years .Buffet would not invest in a tiny company like SEE but his expression that being greedy when others are fearful will hopefully prove to be appropriate here -some day soon .Some here will have share certificates older than some of our younger investors & lets hope their tenacity ,commitment ,belief & propensity for risk will be rewarded ,some day very soon as we are surely close to the long awaited inflection point

Doesn’t take long to review our website & RNS s to cover basic due diligence & much then rests on their understanding of our current market lead & their impression of PM & his ability to deliver .They clearly haven’t invested yet as volume has remained slow & no signs of persistent buying & my hope is that they have told PM that they will consider buying in once he has delivered on FY20 expectations & produced targets for FY 21
Hopefully our SP by the time they start buying will be higher & their buying will help fuel positive momentum & a substantial re rating .I appreciate that this will seem most unlikely to the doubters & cynics but my belief is that it remains possible & a near term SP of 7-10p us far from impossible .As ever we will have to wait a while longer

I agree that they may prefer to pay a higher price for our shares when we are perceived to have been more de risked,i.e. following inaugural Aviation licensing deal,positive RFQ outcomes,continued expansion in Fleet & Off-road etc.
Too late for most of us to be late rather than wrong -so let's hope we are right

The chances of an Nyct type private & institutinal investors scrambling for our stock seems unlikely currently & if the 12 funds presented to by PM in NY recently wanted to buy our stock I would have they should be doing it right now ,ahead of Interims when our FY 20 forecasts will again be confirmed & we could be treated to our first licensing deal & news of our first positive Japanese RFQ.Is the time to be accumulating our shares not now upon us as waiting much longer may result in their having to pay a much higher price

Agreed SEE2020 & IF we can deliver & achieve 50% market share at an average margin of A$9 we could generate a contribution to margin of A$450mill + Fleet & Aviation (& anything new & unexpected )we could be generating profits of £300 mill pa .Sounds crazy & the completion will hot up & prices driven down,butvshoukd still remind us of the vast potential here for our company tosucceedc& our SP to be substantially higher .Lets hope PM & colleagues don't decide to sell out too cheaply & too soon.KK was at a low ebb (following TFD) when he may have accepted a12p exit.
