The key statement which encourages me is "remains in advanced discussions with multiple parties".PM s reiteration of out FY20 targets , IMHO, is based partly on the continued expansion of Fleet together with revenue from Engineering work with existing Auto clients but also based on an expectation that 1 or more licensing deals ( covering Auto & Fleet,apart from Aviation) .should be concluded by 30th June.
High risk V high reward-but the dust should settling as this year unfolds & we may be considered a much lower risk proposition by the year end, IF PM delivers on expectation.
We will know soon enough whether our targets will be met & it is also encouraging that Cenkos have maintained their position (still excluding anything from Aviation) - presumably following discussions with PM & NR

I dont think any of us take PM to be stupid & must appreciate that the most successful companies over deliver on expectation ,rather than the opposite.I entirely appreciate the view that it is very much in his personal interests for our SP to be 6.1p+ by June & in the absence of any transformation SP changing contract news by then ,he has 2 further trading statements before Finals in Sept , ie the Interims in March & a possible year end up date before 30th June.
I have to assume that if he is maintaining expectations for FY 20 he is expecting revenues in excess of A$30mill in the current half -which he will hopefully reiterate in the Interim outlook statement.If that is achieved our SP is likely to exceed 6p & we all know where or SP is going if we miss our targets.Clearly the Market is underwhelmed ( not helped by abysmal auto production figures out today) which for those optimists amongst us presents (another) opportunity to top up at what we believe to be low price & the pessimists amongst us could exit,in some cases with a modest profit ( which is the position I would be in if I exited today)
I have always viewed my investment here as highly speculative but IF PM can deliver on H2 expectations we will be substantially de risked by June

Broadly very positive & clearly expecting a substantial uplift in the second half on the basis that we are still expected to achieve our forecast targets for the year-
Fleet -on target for 27-30k installed units & confirmation that our substantial purchase order ( discountedby 21%) is expected to be delivered in calender year is extremely positive for units installed by 31/12/20
Auto-acceleration & expansion of some programs + several more RFQs this year ( which we expect to be successful in ) is a substantial positive
Aviation-clearly very busy but not clues ( yet ) about revenue but "adanced discussions with multiple parties" for licensing deals is positive & 1 or 2 such deals will be transformational for the division & SEE
The only negative to me is that since the US roadshow our SP has fallen back so clearly little investor investor interest was generated at that time-although I appreciate that some investors will want to see more signs of tangible (rather than theoretical) progress before investing & that will hopefully be delivered in the full year trading update
I remain positive & optimistic & will certainly buy more on any further SP weakness

Bickering is not constructive & we are all entitled to our opinions,even if they do change & are not always consistent ( the privilege & probably weakness in being a PI).DMS is clearly The Future & there are several companies trying to win market share but most of us here firmly believe that we have a substantial early move advantage & what The Market is waiting for is more tangible proof of our achieving our ambitions as a company , together with seeing our new CEO & senior management team delivering on expectations & targets .My view is that we are very close & PMs comment about Japan in his latest interview is hugely encouraging.I have a large holding ( accumulated over the years) with an average of about 4p & should our SP continue to drift ahead of the expected tangible news, I too will be "forced" to buy even more shares as I am in the camp that does believe we will achieve great success & there remains scope for a series of transformation announcements over the coming weeks/months.
Keep your collective peckers up !

Japan most exciting event of the interview -now we just need to announce the long awaited deal with Toyota & Honda +

Great they have not lost faith & are likely to have an agenda to sell to one of the eventual owners of our exciting little company.I wonder who they are buying from as ,apart from Friday, volume has been very low ?

Market would be extremely happy with $15mill+ for the 6 months to Dec & if achieved (which I consider unlikely) the update (if published) should include the magic expression -'full year results are expected to exceed expectation.That said 1 or 2 licensing deals with decent upfront licensing fees could also help us towards exceeding expectation.

ET-did KK really say they were "desperate" to sell last year & that they would "easily" accept 12p per share.Perhaps you could clarify Ken,if you still look in ?

Perhaps the handful of major investors are being quietly reassured that all in the garden is well.
Some sellers will have been fortunate enough to have bought for the first time in the last 9/10 months at 3p + & want to take a very healthy short term return over over 50%.We long term investors/holders are looking for multiples of our average cost as we believe that remains possible & it remains to be seen whether we can 3 or 4 bag or more.After all the years that many of us have been here , the fact remains that 2020 really will be our make or break year & those of us still holding are betting on make !

The history of our RNS s,including in the few short months that PM has been in situ, shows that we have issued an RNS in respect of major contract news, but also in respect of contracts generating small ( & relatively insignificant) amounts of revenue,or no revenue at all where they relate to collaborations.I do not believe therefore that PM /SEE would "hold back " any significant announcements & the lack of them recently, suggests, quite simply that no major contracts have been signed recently -although we clearly have many irons in the fire & if talking off the record PM may admit to a decent number of significant deals in prospect ,including the now long awaited first licensing deal.Hopefully he & his senior teams are desperately trying to get over the line with some of these contracts ,which,if successful, will set the tone for this year & beyond.
Keeping faith with the substantial potential here .

In any event I would prefer an upbeat trading statement confirming we will meet or beat expectations for the year & lets hope PM is waiting for the ink to dry on our first licensing deal before issuing an update.Unlikely to be issued tomorrow so we may have to become comfortable with the concept of no trading update before Interims in March

9 deals & 40 models

Most of us have been invested in SEE for many years & ,as with many of us, I have added many times , supported placings & now find myself with a large holding.Even the most bullish of us must admit to being a tad frustrated & impatient for the transformational news which we all crave.We must also be mindful of The Fleet Debacle,which could have resulted in administration & the unexpectedly large placing last March -both events resulting in deep suspicion of our potential ( however strong our technology is).Further instability has been caused by the complete change of our Board together with previous senior management disasters ( Mike & Paul who both received substantial share awards before departing)
Lets hope we now have a stable senior management team (with no further unexpected changes ) & that PM & Team start deliver this year on our substantial expectation as 2020 must be the transformational year for us based on the ramping up of global demand for DMS across all transport sectors.
it will be interesting to see where we are this time next year & lets hope we havent needed to raise capital,we have achieved breakeven or better,we have signed several licencing deals together with several more contracts & we have a stable (& high performing)senior management team throughout the year.
Much to go for this year & remaining very positive (for now) !

I think most of us would be rather pleased with 65p right now ,even if we had dipped from 165p.
We need news of tangible financial progress for our SP to move forward decisively ,rather than positive rhetoric .& a licencing deal ( or 3 ) ,before a strong trading update,will help in that respect.

We all want to see our true value,whatever that may be ,realised -although despite the fact that many of us have been invested here for many years ,I wonder how many of us will be tempted to cash out as our SP increased.
We have been told not to expect another capital raise but if it transpired that we did need a relatively modest amount in a year or so (say under $10mill) I thought we had been advised that we would then be in a position to arrange traditional bank funding based on our SAAS recurring income (projected at over $20mill by 30/6/20)

Glad to have doubled my holding before Xmas as ARB is very speculative & dependant on BTC ,it seems management now have the right balance & we are self funding .High risk = high reward -Hopefully

Fantastic start to the year for SEE & the attention of analysts will focus on SEE as more deals are announced & PM can reiterate that breakeven/profitability is close & we definitely don’t need more share issues .More IIs will be interested in us as our Market Value grows .I will be very happy if our SP climbs slowly but surely over the coming weeks ,aided by positive newsflow ,rather than a rapid spike which causes speculators to disrupt our progress & distort our SP

Great to see our SP forming based on positive newsflow & hopefully contract news with details of prospective revenue included together with a positive trading update in the next few days should result in a more substantial re rate

Our SP has recovered nicely over the last few weeks & we need a flow of positive contact/licence news to sustain & increase the momentum which is hopefully gathering behind our SP & will soon result in our reaching double figures (again)

JP Morgan have uplifted their target for Vec to 120p & we are one of their small cap favoured choices for 2020.
