Looks like a good appointment to me as he has a solid track record & is taking over as CEO of a cash rich company with interesting developments in hand .Hopefully his timing will prove to be perfect as our SP continues to recover -supported by the first buy back which started modestly yesterday.A further excellent sign would be his investing some his own cash in our shares ,rather than relying on freebies

Mr/Mrs /Ms Redindi -China could steal our IP anyway so why not secure a deal to instal a large number of units under licence to generate revenue from China

More road deaths in China than anywhere else in the world ,proportionately .Perhaps Guardian could be licenced in China to Major Fleet operators for a sensible price & with an acceptable price for monthly monitoring .China not so far from Canberra & similar time zone

Has there been a change in disclosure policy ?Until Rrsults RNSs were issued regularly for many deals ,some of which were more substantial than others .Deal flow announcements have slowed down substantially but that does not preclude the signing of minor deals

Increased my holding at similar levels & no plans in selling as Kenny has never let us down.Our next trading update will hopefully confirm progress in US -apart from here

A DA IPO would be best outcome for all stakeholders & would eliminate the regular requirement for Tern to support short term cash flow requirements to avoid dilution -if it happens

Isb-you must have a very large number if shares to be able to consider yourself ‘rich’@ 10p -although I appreciate we will all have different definitions of ‘rich’

Didn't expect it to be daytime event & prior commitments will prevent my attendance & I will be relying on you guys to report back.I agree that they must expect to have lots to say if the event is 3 hours + & presumably our key managers will be presenting re Fleet,Auto ,Aviation ,Off Road & Rail -apart from anything new which could prove to be a pleasant surprise

To an II or professional investor (rather than emotive PI) a 60% profit in a short period of time is worth taking whatever the company’s prospects -frustrating I agree but helping us to rise steadily ahead of more good news rather than spiking

Hopefully they will soon be very interested as positive news starts being released ,perhaps ahead of the CMD

Another Q for PM @ CMD - on 11/9/18 BDMS was launched & our first contract announced.The RNS also stated we are in "advanced discussions with a number of companies at the forefront of autonomous vehicle development ".I am sure that was the case last Sept but it would be interesting to know why no other contracts have been announced & whether any remain pending.

Reducing slightly,which may gather pace as our SP firms ahead of third quarter trading update & regular buy backs

Hopefully positive momentum will continue following a very positive 3quarter update ,particularly as today moved smoothly through the 800p barrier

Perhaps PM has bought a few -if he is able - which we all hope he isnt !

See 2020-the projection for FY 20 was hopelessly optimistic & probably not achievable ,even without TFD & alleged global shortage of key components.I believe that PM considers the business model for Fleet to be fixed ,with our connections growing healthily & a substantial reduction in the cost of our hardware due to kick in during the current quarter, & we are ,apparently,winning back some previously disaffected US customers.Angelatos may have had much to answer for & possibly did not share with our Board details of the problems on the ground & he left with millions of free shares when he quietly left.
I agree that our projected connections by June 20 is very conservative & also takes no account of any sales we manage to achieve with truck,coach,bus manufactures ,which will presumably be more likely following the impending Ncap statement.
Probably too soon for a trading update before the CMD,but if there was one,it may allow a little more optimism in respect of FY20

Update supports our recent SP recovery which should have further to run and likely to rejoin Ftse .US JV starting well is an excellent sign

Great news & should result in a substantial ramp up of interest & sales in US.The milestone is unlikely to be significant ,but every little helps.
