Bristol-that is why our SP is only 4.5p-ie it takes time to rebuild confidence following disasters,missed forecasts & regular changes of senior management.PM has injected some pragmatic optimism into our scenario , fixed the Fleet problem ,stated that there will be no placing in the next 3 years,continued winning Auto RFQs & considers we are very close to a transformational ( my word) licensing deal for Aviation,apart from the possibility of additional licensing deals.Of course we remain high risk but we seem to be heading in the right direction & my view is that our SP still has much scope to catch up with events & I am hoping that a continuation of positive newsflow will see the continued rehabilitation of our SP.

Interesting & potentially very exciting.There must be a large number of industries ,other than transportation,which would benefit from our IP & it would be interesting to know who we may have held discussions with & whether how much time our marketing department devotes to trying to develop business in other areas.There was a time when Ken said that he wasspending time on "other projects" but no news was ever released as to progress in this respect

Shorter interview & therefore less time for PM to elaborate.Interesting that he referred to 3 main business areas-
1)Auto
2)Fleet
3)Licensing
No specific mention of Off Road & Rail or Aviation ,as separate divisions.Could have been time constraints but perhaps he views Off Road & Rail as part of Fleet & considers Aviation as part of a new & more broadly based Licensing Division.If so it could give insight into the substantial potential he believes could arise from licensing our IP.

I agree that there must be scope to license our IP to other industries,which could be very lucrative but we lack the resources or inclination to develop & obviously dont compete with our core transportation divisions.There must also be scope for licensing to truck & bus manufacturers ,whereby our products are installed at point of manufacture,rather than retro fit & we still get the contract for remote monitoring ( the SaaS recurring revenues).Could this not be another potential game changer with major global manufacturers producing hundreds of thousands of units pa-taking our installed base from 30k+ by 30/6/20 to multiples of that very rapidly?

Presumably 1 outstanding RFQ remains Volvo,after the RNS a few weeks ago?

Average irrelevant if our SP multibags.As I said earlier today See has been seriously derisked by the Finals & comments & observations of PM today.Paying 5p for an asset you believe to be worth 10p is sensible ,even though you could have bought for under4p last week-but last week we were a riskier investment than we now are.Much newsflow expected over the coming weeks & continuing good news will see us higher-AIMHO

I hope he doesnt sell for his sake as he will have foregone the opportunity to make £6,503,200 when #300 is reached.

Klick-we are in a much better position than when we were at 14p as Fleet was then a gigantic mess ( but we did not then know),we had not won the additional RFQs,there was no talk then of transformational licensing deals,we expected at least one more fundraise,whereas now we dont.
The only downside is that we have an additional 1.1+bill shares in issue-but that has enabled us to now project financial self sufficiency with,worse case, having to borrow a few million to see us through to break even-although 1 licensing deal ( per PM) will eliminate that possibility.
I am not suggesting that our SP will hit 14p in the next few days but I would hope that the road to recovery has well & truly begun & investors who have not invested up to now ( or sold out) may now be tempted as we are substantially derisked

I am very encouraged by Results & a very reassuring presentation by PM.As he currently owns no shares ( as far as we know ) I would hope that his confidence in our future will be reflected by a decent sized purchase,apart from the share awards ,which I expect to be announced shortly.
It would be great to see Naomi & other PDMRs buying shares in The Market too.Their opportunities to buy are limited & they know the prospective value of the expected Aviation deal & the likely positive affect on our SP ,when eventually announced.

See-I doubt whether PM will divulge how many licensing deals are under discussion but it would be useful to know.10-15 would be significantly more interesting than 2-3

Better to confirm FY projections increasing to 45-50mill ( which I suspect will be upgraded as the year & deal flow progresses) with recurring revenues increasing to 18-20mill.Licensing deals could render those projections obsolete very quickly & the appointmemt of a young & dynamic CFO is a positive.I am not sure what more we could have expected today & no repeat of TFD was most welcome.I have been buying recently at 4p & under & if the opportunity presents I will be doing so again as I believe we are now very close to pragmatic ( ie not blue sky) success.

See2020 - I agree that you cannot quote a holding as I wouldnt expect all regulars here to divulge their holdings-although it is clearly a substantial number of shares collectively which I would not be surprised if it was in the range 50-100mill, 1.5-3% of our current issued share capital ( including Kens 8mill shareholding)

We should also ask about the outcome of the TFL trial on London buses

Decent summary SEE2020 & perhaps our communal questions would be best put as a collaboration from Lse.co.uk with total collective holdings of ,say, 50-100mill shares ( or more).we know Ken looks in here & hopefully PM does too.That maygive more weighting to our queries being responded to or perhaps PM may respond to one of us directly with the detail we require ,(which I appreciate is unlikely)

I am sure we will all be very relieved if our SP can exceed 5p & move steadily towards 10p & we can then consider ,realistically,how much further we may go from there.I expect a positive outlook statement next week & confirmation of a decent increase in projected revenue for FY20.
Pity an additional contract or two werent announced before Results & it will be interesting to hear PMs comments regarding the Aviation deal referred to in the last Proactive interview.Positive news will hopefully see us break out of our current trading range,which has enabled some of us to increase our holdings ( yet again ) at 4p or less.
Lets hope by this time next week our investments here have been vindicated.

Where lives & public safety are at risk I would hope that all public transport authorities around the globe would elect to acquire the best safety systems available & ,if we do have the best safety systems I am sure that contracts could be negotiated at a cost which would not be so much higher than that if inferior products .
