PM referred to potential licensing deals generating sufficient revenue to eliminate the prospect of ever need to raise capital again -so I reckon would be for much more than £15mill upfront .The run up to Xmas could be very exciting & if PM can get our ducks all in a row our SP could well exceed 10p by then (or before)

If DMS is mandated for Fleet around the majority of The Globe over the next few years what is the potential for SEE & our monitoring services over the next few years if we win a relatively small % of the global market -say 5%?

Or another solid RNS confirming that we have won VAG or positive outcomes to the other 2 outstanding RFQs

I too am very encouraged by Kate s 1mill market purchase,but at risk of bolting my self witless,I would still love to see PM by a similar (or preferably larger ) number of shares.I appreciate that he may be precluded due to his knowledge of everything going on within SEE (& Kate may not be so privy ) but the positive affect of PM buying -apart from giving we shareholders a confidence boost that our CEO really does believe in our prospects & is prepared to put his money where his mouth is-after all,that's we have all done with our hard earned post tax investment .

We are likely to go through the 3 billion km milestone later today & it will be interesting to see if PM considers that to be worthy of a separate RNS & comment about the value of our real world data & its applications.

Flutters latest acquisition has encouraged upward pressure on our SP ( & the sector) & our impending trading update will hopefully confirm strong trading together with a very positive start to our US JV-hopefully resulting in maintenance of the upward momentum in our SP

If an Aviation licensing deal bringing in $30mill up front for the license & low single digit royalties ,our Balance sheet would be transformed & ,as PM said, it would put to bed the need for any future dilutive placings-so Aviation will hopefully be more significant than expected,which,in itself will boost our SP.

Great news & together with the expected licensing deal ,Aviation will soon be viewed as a major revenue generating contributor to our overall business proposition.No mention of revenue generated from todays deal but presumably we are not working for nothing ?

Excellent news & should give confidence to all other investors considering buying into the SEE story.Clearly she has no price sensitive information currently & presumably other Directors & PDMRs could also buy in The Market right now ,if they want to & have available funds

Let's hope he is happy with his deal announced today.He expects no further dilution & what would be fascinating to know is how high he believes our SP could go as he certainly wouldn't be happy with today's deal if he only anticipated a maximum SP of 10p.Lets hope he achieves his/our ambitions by having the success he anticipates & remains in situ for 5+ years or until our takeover,which may be expected sooner.His future success will no doubt be rewarded (deservedly)with further share awards

Geotab & Volvo exhibiting too & a deal with Volvo (& others)for installation at point of manufacture would be most welcome .

We should all be delighted that Paul's interests are specifically aligned with ours & ,unlike with Mike,he has not been given millions of shares for nothing.Pauls earn out is based on performance over 5 years (if we remain independent for that long) + options based on our curent SP but not vesting until 2022,by which time we should be a very different company.PM become extremely wealthy out of his achievements here will result in many of us also making superb returns here over the coming years-although I very much doubt we will remain independent for that long but want us to realise our full potential before exit -as we all do.Not sure how achievable #300p will be but there remains much to go for

Very fair & delighted no massive free initial shares .Hopefully when 12 mill option exercised PM will sell a few shares to pay option price & be a very wealthy man .He must be very confident of our success to have accepted this offer as fair & equitable

Not sure why anyone would be surprised !I would still like PM to buy a decent number of shares with his own cash as a sign of his confidence in our potential

Agree Redindi,that PM will have met the few larger II holders while in the U.K.He may have also met with major prospective customers in U.K. & Europe,hopefully with view to closing more deals.I presume PM & team will have other reasons for being in our part of the World early in Nov & great that PIs will get the the chance to hear what PM has to say.Nasdaq listing unlikely as we don't meet the criteria & I would hope that in the 5+ weeks before 6/11 there will be more positive news announced .

Additional the date would not refer to specific individual drivers so would be no privacy issues.
Agree that we wouldn't want competitors to have access but must have value -ultimately to ab acquirer & in 12 months time we should be over 5bill miles & growing

As we approach 3billkm,over 5mill events,120k interventions -it would be interesting to understand the potential value of this ‘priceless’ data.Could our data itself be licensed to global organisations wanting a deeper understanding &,if so ,for how much ?

Not sure MMs would have offered 4.5p for 14mill+ shares without being aware of a buyer for that volume.We may never know as a disclosure threshold may not be reached & acquirors holding could be under the radar.

Pm currently owns no shares & if he truly believes in our potential & his ability to realise it he will want as many as he can afford .He took none in the 3p placing & I expect he will be soon awarded a decent number as an incentive to achieve as much as possible with SEE .If I was running a company which I expected to do phenomenally well I would want as many shares as possible -which is why I have a large holding now & I don’t have the insider knowledge which PM has

If the 14mill transaction was a buy,which seems most likely as our SP did not plummet ,it would be well received by The Market if our new CEO bought a decent sized stake to ensure he partakes of our upside .
