Moral of tale is to never ‘tip’ shares to family ,friends & colleagues as any failures can haunt you for ever .Lets hope they are all soon in profit which means the majority of long term holders (& accumulators ) will be making substantial profits ,including ,I presume ,our biggest holder with 11.5 million shares (unless that is KK)

Good interview-more incisive than Proactive interviews & PM clearly states that our 3 year plan includes no requirement for another share issue

I agree that we have to be realistic & the fact that we have, on average, invested approx £100k of post tax wealth gives a strong clue as to why ,on average we are positive.I welcome the doubters & cynics here because their perspective is real & we must not forget that in the eyes of the professional investing community, SEE remains a very high risk technology company in a new & rapidly expanding market where the competition is likely to increase in future ,(possible from major companies rather than relative start ups ) , & there are absolutely no guarantees of success.We remain very high risk but with the potential for very high returns -although I personally consider that we have de risked over recent months & the rewards will start to flow shortly.

Thanks to Klick for his anonymous spreadsheet & interesting to see our average holdings at around 1.65mill ,probably costing ,on average, £80-£90k -staggeringly high for PIs who may usually be expected to invest much more modest amounts.I am sure there still many who havent posted their holdings ( & I know other holders who I dont believe look into this Board).We may therefore hold around 10% of total issued shares & 20% of the free float-an amazing % & it would be good for PM & The Board to know these figures-not to enable us to influence him in any way other than to ensure that SEE communicates as effectively as possible with shareholders & that the CMD is repeated regularly-say annually.In fairness to PM he has only been in situ for a few months & his rhetoric is very positive & he has already affected major change- he now has to deliver on expectation.His only slip up so far has been to be over optimistic regarding the impending Aviation licensing deal but all will be forgiven if it is revealed in the next month or two.We should not begrudge him his free shares as he needs to be incentivised to achieve the great success which we have all invested for.I would like to see him have some of his own skin in the game & I dot understand why he doesnt ,on the assumption that he could afford to .Our expanded Board & senior management team will hopefully remain stable over this commercialisation stage of our development .Moost of us would be in substantial profit when our SP hits 14p( & delighted)- the challenge being to retain our holdings if we all believe there is more to come.One positive & material RNS will see us leave our current very narrow trading range behind & lets hope it comes soonest !

Does the spreadsheet automatically up date ?I am sure there are posters & visitors who have not yet posted , suggesting that our collective holdings will be much higher , certainly than my original guestimate of 5% & possible nearer to 10%

I appreciate that we all want to be discreet about our shareholdings but SeeingToms decent addition this morning reminds me that as a group, we own a decent of the SEE free floating shares.
If there are 60+ investors who regularly review this Board without contributing in addition to the 20 or so + regular posters, resulting in maybe 80 interested parties-an average holding of 2mill shares would give us 5% of the issued share capital & 10% + of the free float ?

Very positive trading up date continuing the theme of over delivering & not disappointing.This has been a terrific investment, my only regret not being greedier when I first invested in the 30s by buying a relatively small holding which i did not increase

Our Board was lightweight & lacked gravitas & I suspect our brokers have suggested beefing up our Board in order to match our aspiration of being a larger company.The appointments seem pretty grey & not immediately obvious that they may have any contacts to help us achieve our business plan.

I am hoping that PM has taken on board the basic mantra that it is always best to over deliver & under promise ( than vice versa) ,which he discovered following his early optimism regarding an Aviation deal.Nothing is guaranteed but those present at the CMD appear to be persuaded that a deal (or two ) is/are coming over the next month or two-thereby endorsing Aviation as the viable third arm of our business.
We all agree that we need news of major contract news regarding Auto & VW,Volvo & Toyota would be a great start but the timescales are out of our control but if our really is a superior product & our pricing is pragmatic ,there must be a good chance of our success.There is also the possibility of further expansions of existing contracts if all new cars in Europe will have to be compliant by 2022
It was suggested a year or two ago that Fleet may be surplus to requirements & should be sold,together with our 24x7 monitoring facility & my view has always been that Fleet is an essential part of our business plan.Following Fridays announcement Fleet could start growing substantially if we can sign deals with manufacturers.It would be great to win Volvo for cars but the significance of a deal to supply Volvo commercial & have Guardian installed at the factory ( rather than retro fit) could in itself be a game changer.Fridays news will hopefully force manufacturers off the fence & deals will soon be announced

Half year trading update in January will hopefully be positive & ,ideally ,announce that we are ahead of expectations (at least with Fleet) & 2/3 decent RNS s before then could set the tone for a much firmer SP ,especially if the first Aviation licensing deal is announced

I want us to reach our full potential before a takeover emerges & from the perspective of a much higher share price.if we remain optimistic about our prospects our SP should be multiples of 4.6p in a year or so with much more to go for in 2021 .We have a small number of cornerstone investors & they will be extremely influential in any bid discussions.

Exactly Terry-our products will be in China via imported cars +Byton & the Chinese market will therefore be aware of our capabilities.Fleet could be massive in China if we could engage with the right distributors.Cost of retrofit there could be reasonable due to lower unit wages costs + Canberra closer to China than many of our other territories

More road deaths in China than anywhere else in The World & more trucks & lorriesthqn anywhere in the world + very big country & substantial distances to be covered -resulting in DMS being essential for road safety -resulting in massive potential in China,if we can provide the right product at the right price

One or two Aviation licensing deals should see break even brought further forward

Thanks to all reporting back from the CMD & this has been a great week for SEE ,in all respects other than our SP .At what point will we be forgiven for TFD last year & our true potential be recognised .Lombard continue to soak up the persistent sellers stock but some time very soon other IIs (& trade investors) will cotton on to our vast potential & ou SP will rerate accordingly .Who knows when this will happen but surely it must be very soon & maybe we are one positive announcement (perhaps proving the viability of Aviation )from a rapid re rating .My buying rationale has generally been based on SP limits which were 3p for some time & more recently 4p.My thinking now is that if Lombard are happily buying large numbers @ 4.6p ,I should’ve be joining them on the basis that they are not idiots & they know what they are doing & I am considering imposing a new (& in my opinion temporary ) limit if 5p ,while it is possible .I have thought I had stopped buying in several occasions over the last 2/3 years but a wave of enthusiasm for SEE appears to be engulfing me again as we approach 2020 & the very strong possibility that we will achieve our ambitions under the guidance of PM who appears to have a more ruthless & pragmatic approach to managing our prospective income streams than Ken .Ken did a brilliant job in laying the foundations for future success but recognised himself that he was not the CEO to take us through the execution stage .The desks announced with Xilinx &!our suppliers this week will themselves improve our bottom line substantially & we should now be valued on the net present value of future cash flows-which should be substantial .Great weekend all !!

It sounds like a very positive & reassuring event & I hope to attend the next one .Did any one have the nerve to ask PM why did not take any shares in the placing or bought any shares since in the market ?

Today presents the ideal opportunity to unearth clues about future developments & I am sure there will be those amongst you who will try & get a few moments alone(if possible) with PM & look into his eyes .

No mention of Aviation licencing news but the fact that Aviation remains a key vertical,currently with miniscule revenue, is very positive,in my opinion, as it infers a continued expectation of a licensing deal & decent revenue to match our other verticals.
I am sure that those attending today will be asking all the right questions & hopefully todays RNS & todays event will be viewed positively by The Market

Interesting to read that Google are expected to buy Fitbit,a loss making company & the view appears to be that the perceived value is in their data ,with 28 mill users ,a small the company remains loss making .I am not comparing See with Fitbit,other than to state that the value of our data ,as one component of our total value,must be growing strongly as our installations continue to grow

Reduction in shorts suggests that ,for now,they are retreating & will hopefully continue reducing their positions in a market supported by buy backs & our recent strong trading statement
