Skp is a substantially different company to the recent skp,saddled with expensive loan notes,inhibiting the potential for future investment & growth. We are also now an interesting potential takeover target for one of the several global pharmas with whom we collaborate. Glad to have been offered the chance to participate in the placing,which would usually be the happy hunting ground of IIs only !

Great to see the Market responding well to the news !

My "hibernation " post earlier this morning wasnt anticipating such early action ! The deal looks transformational & would help greatly the Boards desire to be less reliant on our multi media sales. I am surprised that we didnt take opportunity to privide trading update for the year ending very shortly,but there is still time for that. Following my post this morning I did some "dummy " buys & sells to see how the market was & selling more than 10k was tricky & could(then) buy up to 50k @ about 12.75p (but not any more )

CRU has been in stagnant hibernation since the profits warning this time last year. Several announcements/contract wins since then & a mild winter & decent start to the Spring season suggests that we may now be on target to surprise on the upside for the current year(to 30th April).Director buying in January also infers confidence in the outcome for the year. Hopefully a pre year end & very positive trading update will see our SP escape from the dreary & narrow range which it has been trapped in for 12 months & there may even be news regarding a dividend increase(after all,the Board & senior management own the majority of the issued shares).

SMS appears to be off radar,but I view it as a bit like TEP ,which was & remains little followed by PI s but the SP has performed excellently over the years. Much more potential for SMS,particularly with the potential for expansion into overseas Markets

CS-you appear to be beating the drum alone,so I thought I should join you. A trading update has been issued in previous years ahead of the year end & in the past it hasnt always been positive. This year,I suspect,will be different in that I hope it will be very positive,referring to recent contract wins & the expectation that profits will exceed expectations,resulting in a recovery in our lowly SP.
