There will be some shares not taken up as those with small holdings will probably not bother to apply,so the amount of extra shares available will be very low.If our SP remains firm early next week & the resource update issued,demand will increase further reducing even further the number of extra shares available to PI s.It is a pity as making a few more million shares available would not have made much difference to Emed or the big investors but it would have given us the chance to buy more shares @ 4.75 knowing that the company has been de risked,substantially.I bought more shares under 4p ,but our risk profile was then much higher and an an investment here then would not have appealed to many investors.

Congrats to the new management who ,it would appear,have saved us from certain Administration & now appear to be turning us around.We need some good luck & positive news & let us hope that Taj comes good in the end & we discover one or two massive prospects & then the chinese & French can fight over it,as long we lowly PI s get our fair share.

Good to know that there are at least 3 of us with over 1.5 million shares Mr O & interesting that the Market was prepared to take on that many shares-someone wants them. Lets hope that once the placing is done , a strong resource upgrade issued and commercial production has commenced that our SP will start to reflect the true value of what we have.we also could do with a firming CU price to underpin our potential.I just hope that if Traf to come in with what they expect to be an uncontested bid a heavyweight (eg Glen ,& or , even RTZ) come in with a counter offer,thereby ensuring that we get top dollar for our shares,eventually.

Well done Upenn-although I thought that you may have been tempted to ride the momentum a little longer-although 8p more on the spread bet is £8k lost ,sweetened substantially by the £32k + you will make on your holding of 400k shares !As I hold over 600,I am not complaining although Maldives a bit quiet for me 1

It would be good to hear that a new II is building a position,and particularly if they are US based

If they did they would not want to pay 150-200p-so it would too soon for me. Lets hope some substantive contract news is soon issued to keep the momentum of our re rating going.Perhaps some directors may then be tempted to increase their modest (apart from C,of course) stakes.

I remain very optimistic of our potential & the set back in our SP was more to do with fear of a loss revenue from Exparel,whereas there are some commentators who believe we may still receive the next milestone this year.That aside Fluti is gathering momentum & there remain ,I believe,14 territories where marketing & sales are yet to commence.I am selling no shares,despite disappointment over our recent SP.Brokers targets are 460p

The SP has responded well to very solid results & the volume suggests something else may be helping our SP to rise. I am definitely keeping all mine !

Although Playtech is also controlled by an Israeli ,Odey ,perhaps,engineered this deal.Either way I have made good profits from Plus but I appreciate that those buying in recently @ over 750p will be mightily peeved !! The major shareholders have made fortunes from their stakes here 7 I can understand their desire to cash in now 7 leave the hard work to others.

I increased my holding during the slump & assuming that all is resolved before the end of June,I still anticipate excellent dividends & v tax efficient if held in ISA /SIPP-no plans to sell unless major controlling shareholders decide to sell out,which is unlikely as they would be unlikely to achieve such a yield on their capital elsewhere. Hey Upenn ,hope you haven't baled fromGBO to invest here .I am here too,but in a much smaller way & hope that the mess will be tidied up before the end of next month,we can rebuild our reputation & SP will recover accordingly

Good luck Malkis-your choice & moving on is always the best thing if you have major doubts. I am hanging on for the deal,assuming that it is imminent,but anything is possible,especially the unexpected-just ask investors in Plus & Tung over the last couple of weeks.

Mid month zone starts tomorrow as does the countdown to a comprehensive resource update & details of long term financing,both of which should see our SP significantly higher,even with some dilution. The consensus now seems to be that new shares will not be offered to all shareholders,which would be a pity as I have maintained some liquidity-just in case.

Stronger than I expected and we do not appear to be concerned about our prospective Exparel revenue. Great to see momentum continuing to grow with Flutiform

Problem with marketing in US resulting in Pacira being unable to provide earnings guidance for the year ie they have no clue as to their future turnover for the remainder of the year & therefore our 3% royalties are in doubt. we may have hoped for $7-$8 mill & the possibility of a further $8mill milestone . Not good news !

Although based on my research the 23,667 shown as a buy this morning was probably a sell-unless anyone here managed to buy @ 10.50p

Just performed a futile but interesting exercise.I could not buy much more than 1000 shares but could sell up to 175k shares at a constant 10.45,ie substantially above the bid & inferring that MMs are either short of stock or there is a buyer waiting to pick up any stock that comes onto the Market.

So now we know that it went to Small Companies dividend Trust.Aptly named for the acquisition in question & lets hope thatthey invested in the belief that the dividend is likely to grow,rather than to be cut
