Having rescued TEP from certain failure Pope are unlikely to sell out until they have established with a greater degree of certainty the full potential of our prospectively gigantic Taj asset.

Should make interesting & hopefully exciting reading,particularly with view to the outllook statement which will possibly the most bullish for years.It will also be interesting to see if the Final Divi is tweaked up,as a further signal of confidence. A higher SP means we can make further bolt on acquistions at a lower cost which is great for all shareholders.

A higher offer is now unlikely to be forthcoming despite the tone of the upfate,which was much more positive than I expected.Odey can spoil the party by causing a bit of trouble but the BOD & Playtech already speak for about 47% of the issued shares ( & that is without any other "friendly" support).Perhaps Odey could push for a final dividend as we have a large balance but I am not expecting more than 400p ,currently

And increased divi,although in a weakening currency,we can have no complaints.I doubt whether Greece is a material part of our business

Triumphalist my ar5e !The countrŷ & banking system are essentially bust'the banks are closed,the elderly are starving,business ,apart from tourism is dire,their prospects are bleak,who would want to do business with Greece-they have nothing to celebrate.

The large sells infer that the institutions who have been reducing their stakes continue to do so. The strength of our SP(following todays positive RNS) suggests that the shares sold are being readily acquired & it will be interesting to find out by whome

The controlling Directors own a substantial number of shares & are already immensely wealthy.£4 gives them a clean exit,loads more money & more time to shop for boats & mansions 7 get involved in other businesses. I dont blame them- I would rather get 450p (or 800P ) but my return since flotation has been exceptional,particularly when divis are added.

So SXX,a fabulous project, receives approval & is valued at about 4 X our Mcap,whereas we are a fully equpt mine on the brink of production & cash flow.Fertiliser may be a better long term bet & the potential output ,revenues & profitability may potentially be higher than ours,but their mine will not be operational for years & the cost of achieving that will be very substantial & subject to possible major cost over runs.Our mine is good to go & we have a resources upgrade to look forward to,50% of the gold in the tailings & a buy out candidate with a major share & a seat on the Board. Bonkers-not crazy

Very good news & with Results due soon there is scope for an optimistic outlook statement together with the possibility of an increased dividend,(or the promise of an increase ).We know that the year just ended will be adversly affected by the bad debt but it is the future that counts.I first started buying when JG first came aboard & my view is that he has done a great job-moving us away from being essentially a family business with a quote with basically 1 major product line which had been in decline for some years to our being a much more diversified group-particularly with view to the 3 recent RNS s ,with the potential,for the first time in years to grow our revenues,profitability & cash flow.The Directors & senior management are motivated to succeed by virtue of their shareholdings & presumably JG may bring an experienced industry CEO at some stage.Additionally we may be attractive to a larger plastics group as we continue to grow & JG,(as our biggest individual shareholder) may look for an exit.I have built up a decent stake paying a decent divi & I have no plans to sell any shares ( & added to my holding early last week).We all have different strategies TP3 & only you can decide whether now is a good time to sell,although my feeling is that may be too soon.

I would have thought that a consolidation would be more like 10-20 for 1

Costis has been working on a disaster recovery plan for 4 or 5 years,which is why he sold 51% of our Greek Associate & has,more recently,relocated to the US & reduced our dependency totally on Greece.Additionally,GBO believe that Grexit will be marginally beneficial for GBO-although I agree that would remain to be seen.

Appreciate your point but I am hoping that Costis will be targeting acquisitions which will be not dilutive,even in year 1. If not our SP is likely to suffer,again, & the shorters will win,again.

Not necessarily dilution as the majority of the acquisition/s will be funded in cash out of the proceeds of the Bond issue.I hope that there are some shares involved to motivate the vendors (if they are staying ) to be motivated & have "skin in the game".Costis,with his substantial holding,is well aware of the problems with dilution & will be keen to avoid a weakening of our SP

We have an actual mine,which is fully equipt,fully financed,about to go into actual production,has all key permits,local support,in a great location,mining a resource which is massively in demand & whose price is expected to rise over the next year or 2.... & yet we are valued at much less than many speculative holes in the ground ,often in politically unstable far flung sheet holes around the planet. Alberto must be peesed if Shore are shorting & suppressing our SP & at some point he will no doubt embark upon a campaign to ensure that we are valued fairly.

Very high volume since last weeks RNS & large numbers of shares changing hands.Interesting to see details of our proposed acquisitions & to receive confirmation that trade has continued to gather momentum over the first half. i appreciate that Ennismore & The Shorters(sounds like a sheety band) have their reasons for shorting but let us hope that on this occasion they have it horribly wrong.

So two major Institutions sold 5,5590,456 shares last Friday,which is rarely good news-however,where did their shares go-someone must have bought them & perhaps we will soon find out ?

As we have come to expect ,recently,a solid update which is conservatively confident.Interesting that we still hope for the $250mill Pacira milestone this year,despite FDA intervention.Still a hold for me & a buy on any further weakness

He will be on hols,in a remote South Pacific Island ,spending the £13k he made when closing his spread bet @ 62p- & good luck to him!

Interesting-not often you see a Board of Directors including two aged 107 & 109 with the rest in their 70s,apart from,presumably,the grandson & Ian Walker,the accountant. Swizzels is clearly a substantial company &,as I suspected,the Packaging division is being closed down by the Board & we have bought the majority of the turnover & all viable equipment for next to zero.
