A positive trading update later this week would be most welcome,particularly if it confirmed that the tote contract had commenced,at last

Usually,Malkis,but not always.If the offer documents includes details of the plans & a resource update which exceed expectations the SP could substantially exceed the rights price & buying in the market now is entitling the buyer to participate & what could be a profitable rights issue(if it ever happens). Eg last year SKP had an 11 for 9 rights issue @ 191p & the SP substantially exceeded 191p from the date of the RNS,presenting holders with an immediate profit.

Hopefully we will issue a positive (notwithstanding the declared bad debt) trading update in the next week or so & ahead of our year end.It would be great to hear that the long mooted tote contract is now going full steam ahead as it has been a long time since it was first announced & there have clearly been major delays

Will hopefully be an improvement over their predecessors-who knows-they may even issue a Buy note at some point.

Gsdog-the SP is likely to drop when it goes ex div,but it could recover quickly,as happened recently with Plus500,another very high yielding AIM company. I hold a few here for the yield,capital growth being a bonus,which increases the average yield of my SIPP

Abysmal results today but 1 ray of sunshine is the success of their online & home delivery offering in partnership with Ocado & they are considering opening up a new area. Assuming our tote customer is Ocado & assuming that they are happy with our test run & that we move to full contract terms this "Spring " ,as expected last Nov by JG,we should benefit. Hopefully substantive news will be forthcoming in the not too distant future,which should underpin our current SP &,hopefully,see it move further forward,.

Cant buy until after the Finals RNS on 24th March as we are currently in a close period. They supported the placing last year and it will be interesting to see if they are tempted to buy more.

Interesting to note the mark up in our SP on miniscule increase in volume,which could suggest that another deal is in the offing.I would imagine that the market for supplying totes to supermarket chains is cut throat & with wafer thin margins but another £2mill pa contract on a 10 year view would go some way to restoring confidence & increasing the value of our paper & thereby providing higher value currency for our next bolt on acquisition. There must be a very large number of small family businesses which are struggling currently where the owners are seeking an acceptable exit.

Good to see another Director picking up a modest 25,000 at 11p-but never the less,a sign of confidence in our future & the future of our dividends

Welcome to our small group & good luck with your initial investment here,if the 55,594 purchase this am was yours ! A 6.5% net yield is not to be sniffed at the as much as our SP is unlikely to 10 bag over the next year or two,it should provide the opportunity to ,say,double,presenting a sensible investment,particularly if held in a SIPP or ISA. My guess is that JG is trying to build a small group with some niche activities which will be attractive to a larger group,at some stage in the mid term,offering him & other major holders (inc us) a decent exit.

Even better value following results from Pacira as Exparel continues to grow with projected revenue for this year exceeding $200mill ,thereby by triggering another milestone of $32mill. If the FDA decide in our favor on 5th March Pacira project Exparel revenue exceeding $300mill resulting in a substantial increase in our royalties,at 3%. I have a large holding but I am now thinking off increasing it further as The Market seems oblivious to our strengthening financial position.

5th March is the expected date .

As there are only 3 of us who post here regularly I confirm that I added to my holding this morning,at 10.90p,tempted by the net yield of 6.42% in a tax efficient environment.

Still good value currently and could be excellent value if the FDA decision goes in favor of a major expansion for Exparel,resulting in the likelihood of our receiving a major milestone payment of $32million and increased royalties.

Good to see some good news here! I hope that the compensation payments are modest & wonder whether JG wants to see our SP back towards 15p with view to another acquisition.A buying price of 10.5/11p produces a net yield of 6-7% & if JG s confidence in our future is well founded this will grow over time & if confidence can be projected in respect of our prospects a SP nearer 20p would probably be more appropriate.

I am sure he will be buying more now

Modest licence fee and production targets thereby restricting our potential income but excellent news with view to our "recent " history. Hopefully if the flat sheets sell well in the US additional production lines will follow and our partner will be more clued in than our UK licencee .
