I think it is very unbalanced in terms of risk assessment if you choose to look at one piece of science and ignore the rest (particularly the majority). I think the jury is still out scientifically about a number of aspects of Covid, and arguing that wearing a mask is a risk to everyone's health along with spouting conspiracy theories about Big Pharma (as this individual did) and in the case of masks I guess Big Cotton is operating on less that full pack of crayons. This particular person was trying to tell me that PCR tests were dangerous. My point for this thread is that people like this will also refuse an LFT test, and personally I see that as dangerous. If a simple LFT can prevent 9.5/10 infectious people from spreading the virus, we can reopen the economy and NHS and improve everyone's mental and physical health. Those that still get sick would look to therapeutics to reduce impact on severity and death rates.
