99% of this is absolutely true - public knowledge. The 1%??? Not actually alibaba… but a guy called Charles Huang found. Innova and secured deal with Biotime. The rest could live with … if only money was put into UK business for better tests which we should have in our hands right now.

It is beyond a joke. I have embarrassing email exchanges with my own Tory MP from January. He is a particularly useless **** - they just stonewall or quote irrelevant blurbs to support whatever action or usually inaction they want. You cannot reason with it… pointless waste of breath. You are better off getting the buy in of a footballer… or similar.

It is not unexpected… and that is what is shocking. If there was a Tory Donor as a shareholder or similar it would just get ‘done’. Nobody here or at Avacta wanted that kind of backhander - as the tech is so bloody good … the fact that it couldn’t be recognised by our own government and infrastructure is demoralising.

I don’t disagree that the hurdles have got higher… and I am actually not saying they don’t NEED to be higher. However, if the government wanted to get on top of Covid and testing then infrastructure is critical. Access to samples is a must and has been a huge problem for Avacta and presumably other test developers. You can make hurdles higher AND purport to support UK businesses and technology without ensuring that basic infrastructure is adequate for test validation. I can’t see how anyone can say the government and civil service have done even an adequate job here.

I think that was the phrase AS used. So the tax payers manufacturing equipment is sitting idle. Presumedly because the gov haven’t given the go ahead for a UK test. Despicable. Whilst FDA recall Innova and raid Innova offices… the British pubic are left with what exactly? The government should have been pushing and aiding these companies to get validated and out there. Absolutely unacceptable and unforgivable.

Good point Monkshood, I can't imagine they haven't review the mutations for the Delta and made that statement based on that.

It is interesting that that price movement downwards often is not allowing any buys. I've been trying to buy 3k and suddenly I will get a price just before it moves down. Make that of it what you like... I'm sure there could be some other explanations, but this will get to an over sold point...

This is the trouble with some that have a voice. They don’t acknowledge or accept clear science (asymptomatic spreading) whilst challenging gov policies or poor science like innova. It kind of makes them seem like they are cherry picking to support their narrative.

Rolly & Ray & NDN - question... Why don't you just sell if you are disappointed? What can be acheived by posting frustration here? Do you want to commiserate? I would only suggest that isn't going to go down particularly well as there is no way to differentiate this from trolling. This BB would be a research source for new investors and very few are going to give you the benefit of the doubt and give you a there there pal. You really need to step back and look at the bigger picture about what it means to post on a BB or Twitter or wherever.

Problem is NDN - you don’t read your own posts. You insult other posters whose views don’t match yours and claim abuse when others take issue. The ‘beta’ insult defined you. One day you might actually stumble on your posting history and realise why you have so many green boxes and your backside is so large and sore from laughing. You could easily have made points with merit without being divisive or at least made them respectful. You are no better than the ‘sujoods’ just the other end of the spectrum. You don’t care about others or their opinions as you repeatedly state… so what are you doing posting here? Either you enjoy being divisive and disruptive or you just think you are right and everyone should bow to an alpha. I had a boss who ****ed everyone off above him by telling them they didn’t know what they were doing. He got pushed out - effectively demoted - he went on to another company and did the same thing. One day he said to me ‘I don’t understand why no one listens to me or likes me much - I’m only trying to do the right thing for the business’ - I replied ‘you tell everyone they are sh i t and stupid and are doing the wrong thing and you don’t understand why they don’t like you? Apologies wyndrum I should have been more clear - you insisted that there was no evidence that we would sell for more - this is my counter. Not an attack btw… just pointing to some evidence.

Milk - agree they will answer the questions they want to answer, but if you don't put them in early, then they won't have enough time to 'consider' answering them. If one comes in during the presentation that they WANT to answer they will answer it, but they won't consider answering the more difficult questions without potentially getting some legal advise so really I should have put some of these questions in earlier this week. I put them in a week before last September and had one answered during the presentation and another 1 or 2 answered in the Q&A follow up a couple of weeks later.
