All other projects 'in Havieron only'! Are on right of first refusal. So, anyone can bid.

What GGP have done here is derisk HV and get a major international (and local) miner on board, put themselves on the the map in Oz and kept all the other developments for themselves.

This will make the development of our company go so much faster.

I don't think so Fools. An average CEO would have achieved a working BP and would have been a hell of a lot more careful with the Zimbabwean diamond casino and would have stayed away from those risks all together and just focussed on making existing assets work and hence saved the company and PIs a lot of financial worries, cost and restrictions.

In business a CEO can't point at things they have achieved if you drive your company so deeply into the ground under your watch. BP and Marange have no contributing value currently so who cares we got the license (well, for Marange we have nothing really) if we have no money to develop it.

Fools, I'm afraid it is of his own making.
He has continuously over promised (podcasts) and under delivered (RNS).

There is no one else to point the finger to for the Mesa VAST is in apart from the CEO.
That is where the buck stops and that is what he should realise. If all was well he could make his team shine. All is not well so it's his backside on the fire. That's how it works in business. I see it as telling that he complains about it.

Trust in AP is gone for a reason. Let's say several billion reasons in fact. In any normal business he would have already been replaced as CEO with such a track record. I have seen people go for much less. But this is an AIM company where other rules seem to apply.

However, these guys are doing a drilling campaign. They certainly won't sent off a couple of metres for testing. Makes no sense. They will bulk up.
So, we will have to wait for the campaign to be announced and then, just like with had6 to 9 we will have to wait until the analysis has been done.
In the mean time we are able to play the field, if you're brave enough.

Whether some countries do or do not give licenses they promised is not really relevant here I think. The key is, SNPC is a big shareholder here and they are effectively the government, so why would the government not give themselves the license? That makes no sense. They have given it to themselves in the nextdoor fields as well.

Combined with what the nextdoor fields are producing this looks quite positive.

Sure, things can always go wrong but the signs are positive.

With regards to the SP, who knows, this is aim and nothing seems to make sense short term. Long term the value will come out. The figures will make it happen if all the oil is indeed there.

I see it adjust that should be: I see it as just that

-On HV, GH said drilling to recommence in march. Still many days left so I don't see this as a delay. Rigs booked as RNSed so must be correct. No way they won't drill further at HV after those results. That would be rediculous. So, whatever the reason for not starting yet, it can only be good.

-New tenement. A good Company develops it's future potential while being on top of it's current projects. I see it adjust that.

-SP drop. It went up on no apparent reason so it came down for the same. There is no news so expect no changes in SP. Nothing lasting anyway.

Chart, do you know this for a fact as there is indeed no mining license logged in history either for GGP (went back to 1 Sept 2018) and I can find historic licenses for RIO. So would make sense.

Also, GH logs the following in the February 5th RNS:
*The Company expects to re-commence drilling at Havieron in March 2019 and currently two rigs are booked with provision for additional capacity, if required, during the year. *

No mention of license being applied for or going to. But he has rigs booked which must be true as it's in the RNS. Still weird though that you do not need to apply for a license to drill. You can just rock up and stick it in the ground and drill?

Spy, if you look on the Dundas WA website you can find old exploration tenement applications. They use the word 'mineral field' in the Form 21 application (see link attached).
It therefore makes sense for it to be the 'Dundas Mineral Field' as the question c) requires to notify which Mineral Field and the response is 'Dundas'.
Then the next part under question h) is which locality, which in this case would be Esperance.
