However, I did check the NC website and there is no drilling announcements there. Surely they must be drilling somewhere? I just can't believe they are still not at it at HV as the season is open and they have a lot to do. As I said, they must have seen this deal coming for some wee3ks before we knew. What are they waiting for?

announce their drilling campaign for HV? As lesotch24 said he has been to NC drilling sites in the last month and DDH1 rigs were working there. I have gone through their news releases on their website and I don't see any announcement of any drilling campaign, but they are still drilling,

As it's already April and we have not heard anything from NC about their drilling campaign for HV, can it be they have already started?

This BB seems to expect a drilling campaign announcement by NC for HV. It may not be forthcoming? If so, would GGP announce even if NC didn't?

Watching this unfold is just spellbinding. So many views and so well underpinned by 'facts'. People debating all three sides of the coin and doing so quite convincingly.

However, unless you are MA or the Debs BoD you have really no idea what is going to happen which makes this the ultimate gamble.

That's the bottom line isn't it?

When money comes in then go for the further exploration. No needtobr greedy now, make the asset work and therefore the company. Cash is king.

So, in that light the oil coming to the surface on its own pressure is a comforting sign.

I am sure though most people don't understand the significance of this and I am not sure I do fully as I'm not a Geo. But it links in with my 'potential investors staying on the sidelines until comprehensible news like CPR' comments earlier.

Maybe the downfall and bad luck of others with their dusters shine some positive light on us with actual oil flows.

FHP, I think TBTT has said that he would be back in IF things changed substantially. So naturally he has to follow this BB. In the mean time, just see it as a different perspective that he brings? TBTT is obviously on the dark side of this company and you may be on the rosy side? Use it to your advantage, or ignore as you choose.

It seems to be coming Drewky. As you indicate, the Friday RNS stated about the CPR 'in the coming weeks', so we should not expect it in a couple of days. It won't happen.

They are reworking the CPR to include the oil coming to surface under it's own pressure. Not sure if that is complicated info to get included but that is what the RNS said, 'CPR during April'.

currently invested in DEB ? I see he has 29.7% of the shares (early March) but at 1,228M shares and 2.52p SP that relates to GBP 9.19M where I remember reading on here much higher amounts.

well, one way or another NC is going to have to get going pretty soon or risk losing valuable drilling time. There is a lot to achieve for them there. Same for GGP by the way.

Seems a bit counter intuitive that it is taking time to get going with this. They must have been aware for several weeks that they were doing a deal and hence could have started the planning of the drills quite a while ago. At the very least the GGP geos could have and no one would have know anything as they were planning the drills anyway.

Just don't get the delay as I said with all the drilling work to be done. It's not like they can just sit back and relax.
It takes quite a bit of time to get these plots into a producing mine (if it really does work out like expected) in replacement of Telfer.

Now I'm not saying it's going to make a lot of difference to the SP, one or two weeks more waiting. Just different from what I had expected.

SL, I think it's not so complicated.

We are waiting for news on CPR, License award and drill start. People not entirely sure of the assets and don't really know how these things are done in Ghana are just sitting on the fence.

Once we have either of those the SP will start to rise. Not even thinking about the talk of a deal with one of the majors out there.

Just have to be patient, that's all. Nothing we can do about it.
