Tiptop, indeed asset diversity is good but for a junior like aaog to be taken serious you need a profitable asset. The more time we spend on things not related to the current assets that are not producing yet the slower the progress will be (in the SP as well), regardless of the amount of hype we create about a new subsidiary that has nothing to offer yet.
I really hope the bod focus on the job at hand and seriously limit the amount of star chasing they do. They have one job and one job only at this stage.

Sure, sounds all good. What I don't like about that is it takes the focus away of what really matters, which is the one asset we now have making profit. For now we have a great promise but nothing in the bag. That is what I mean. We are not a conglomerate with loads of resources to throw about.
Exciting to bring on new assets and yes they do take time, especially in Africa but it matters not if can't get tilapia going. Sure it will but I prefer that to happen first.
Focus. Anyway, I cannot say all and want, I'm not pulling the strings at aaog ;-)

Diversity is great Tiptop. However, as with all aim stocks, I prefer they get on with making the one asset work and generate profits before spreading out.
Seen it go wrong far too many times than the opposite.
Cash is king. When that is rolling in, bring in the other projects.

Watched the proactive investors interview again. Really good to watch.

GGP very confident and very relaxed now that they do not have to develop HV. Load off their backs I'm sure and it allows them to use the cash sitting in the bank for the other developments. CB says: can't wait to get into the Patterson to repeat the HV success! Lots of interest in their projects from all over the world.

Not afraid to let go of some smaller targets (GH: 10 million targets don't really do it for us now....) to get serious increase in value to shareholders.

We need time but all good here to get to full value. "A plethora of options" GH says. He mentions 3 years for serious uplift in SH value and billion £ company (from 9.00 min in video).

Again, we have seen this before but please bear this in mind when you see the SP drop like this after the NC good news.

Sprott states in their report that they think it is apparent that there clearly is a multi-million ounce potential at HV.The assumption of their 80m radius cylinder which they sensitise with grade and depth says it all. Have a look at the table in the report. I posted the link again below.

A depth of 400m (which they see as already confirmed) with grade 2g/tAU already gives us 1.55MOz. At USD 90/mt in the ground that is 3.3p.
The same grade at 1000m depth gives us 3.88MOz. At USD90/Oz that is already USD350 million!! That alone is already 8p!
We are at 1.97p now... Madness. And it doesn't even include ANY other plot that we have.

The 80m radius seems to be conservative compared to what we have seen from HAD006-HAD009 in relation to HAD001 and HAD005. So yes, the 1000m depth may be a lot (or not as the modelling seems to indicate) and the 80m radius seems to be narrow when you look at the plotting of where the gold is found, even though grade changes further out.

The key is that the gold is there and NC is willing to spend USD5M on drilling it out. They wont be doing that if they think it is not there. Clearly.

Again, why the SP drops on that NC news is irritating but with the above info one can only conclude that this is a much better chance of paying off than most of ther AIM stocks that I have seen.

Don't believe the current SP. Believe your own research.

SK, following your logic I would be surprised if the NC geologists have not already been working flat out to draw up the drilling plan. In essence GGP would have already done lot of that work anyway as they planned to start drilling in March...
In short, if they have usd10M to spend in 8 months I guess they will not wait a month to get at it. I expect plans much sooner.
I guess another reason is that they probably want to fail fast if it fails to produce good drills. They seem to have an urgency to get new resources on the books to keep the Telfer mine going. On that same token I guess GGP will want to crack on with the other plots as well as NC will want to know sooner rather than later what is there to be mined and that is also in our favour.

All going to have to move fast to get things sorted. As a result of that I expect a steady news flow over teh coming weeks and mointh. Not saying anything about the impact of the SP as that clearly is impossible to predict (for me at least). However, up in the medium-long term that I am convinced of.

Timid, there is indeed still work to do by NC and that can't be done overnight but your remark about 'if there is anything' is of course complete and utter nonsense.
Have you not read the result of drills had001, had005 and had006 to had009. Of course there is gold, copper and kobalt. Lots of it.
The coming months will be to determine HOW MUCH is there,not if it's there. And indeed, you'll be looking at months as the equipment is there, the lands are there and there is urgency in the NC step to get more resources proofed up.
What that will do to the SP short term I have no idea but medium and long very confident.

Dodge, but that comparison is not fair either.
We always had assets, proven. Even when that irritating gost Teacup64 or whatever the name was who slagged of the assets because of the Russian classification instead of jorc it was always clear that there is value in BP. Manaila not so sure but who knows. More complicated it seems with the disappearing trucks. There are obviously diamonds galore in Zimbabwe. Can we get them, again not so sure. Also complicated. But BP should not be complicated and the only priority.
So comparing vast with rmp makes no sense at all.
They had nothing and now they have proven there is going to be nothing. Very sad but true.

Apple, you are right and it's incomprehensible at this sp. However, don't forget there are quite a few who bought much lower and have seen the joke after HAD6to 9 results came out.

So, whatever the value in the future we believe in, we are living with people that want to take profit because they want/need to have the cash in hand rather than the future high value potential.
It is what it is. It will all come good in time.

Docit, I think the short term SP is irrelevant. When has an AIM share ever reacted normally? I can't think of one.
I have learned to believe in my own analysis and tend to ignore the short term SP. Not trading anyway so what's the point.
Believe in the future potential, look for competent management (learned that the hard way too :-( unfortunately, not naming any shares) and hold for my targets.
