I think you will find that the Australian government will have laws in place for right of access or overpath.
In most developed countries one will not be held to ranson just because someone else has a plot of land.

So, Pfizer has needed a full indemnity from the UK government to release the vaccine. That means they are nowhere near 100% sure it works, works well, is safe, all the above.

Why on earth would any member of the public be confident enough to take it?
Have all the Pfizer staff around the globe received the vaccine? Surely not, but that at the very least would be the place to start to build confidence. And then all the politicians taking it and then all the government staff. Then we can speak about confidence.

Tilly, that would make sense and is what I expected when ggp joined GDJX. However, in reality they went up to inclusion day and then they dropped back. For a month and a half or so and now back up at index inclusion day.
Difference here is that eua is for sale and ggp was and is in a longterm JV/farm in process.
We'll just have to ride it out and see. Fingers crossed for an announcement soon.
