Chris, you are making some very obvious mistakes.

1. Flybe was already lossmaking. There was a rescue package which was withdrawn. That's when they got pulped down.
2. SXX made the mistake to try to finance a massive gbp 2.5 bln project alone with the hughe risk of the vertical mineshaft. When they couldn't finance due to adverse market conditions they got taken out.
3. We have a working mine, assets and proven resource plus additional potential and a processing plant next door. Also, the EUA BoD are not trying to do this alone. Should the sale for whatever reason not happen, there is the Sinosteel contract to activate. Takes more time but wil be more profitable to us shareholders.

Totally different things you are trying to compare , hence your examples make no sense

Chris, saw your hopeful post. You seem like a genuine positive poster. Good for you. Not like that VAST paid mushroom that sprang up just after the last RNS.

I'm afraid your achilleshiel is that you can't or don't want to take in history here.
First with Roy and now with AP there is always hope that things are getting better. AP even used to say this in his many podcasts and Q&A sessions. 'Imminently' and 'shortly' I think were his go to words.
However, it never arrives. It's always JUST out of reach. There is a reason why this BoD NEVER gives full clarity on anything. There is always a degree of mist, again in the last RNS. Ask yourself why that is. Definitely NOT to help investors here.

I really hope you get what you want from this share but if the historic actions and achievements of this BoD is a measure to go by, it isn't very hopeful. Believe me, I've learned the hard way with this lot.

The fact that alexia sold as chief adviser to the board means that either he is a crook and he will go to jail for insider trading or, more likely, he knows nothing we don't and the sale is not on yet and all we know is what was in the RNS last week. He's likely been selling since that. The RNS was maybe even to facilitate his sale.
Sometimes people need money and as they get no salary this was the route.

As usual the MM troed to make full use of the scare but in the end did not harvest that much.

I remain positive on the sale but it may be some time yet.
