You are correct, he looked deflated. Could be many reasons for it.

However, as I posted before, the timing of the change is more important to me. GGP will give their new CEO something good to start with, and as we are awaiting SWAG results I am confident it is that.

Also, with his background the new CEO would not have agreed to this position if GGP would 'only' be a 25% share backbencher of HAV. No way.

Therefore, as the new JV has already been announced and put in place, I can only conclude that the next big announcement will be SWAG.
