keeps bugging me this question.
They know HAV's gold is in the puntapunta. They know the puntapunta is deeper than 576meter at London.
So why not drill deeper when you have the kit in place?
Now they say, and so does Magic by the way, they have to go back and drill deeeper. Duh....

In real life we look at the assests and put value on that.
We have very good indications of what is there in the ground.

Swag was projected as the mother of Hav on here though. It may still be but today wasn't that just yet.
We shall see what the other holes bring. And the next quarter.

Why did they not wait for the remaining 4(!) holes to be returned from the lab. I for one don't believe for a second the spin that DGR tends to give, that they can't hold results back for a bit more. Of course they can wait. But they chose not to.
And they were really bullish before about SWAG before so they mush have seen something they liked.

So why then?

Some possible options:
1. Rest is even worse. Not likely as better all reported in one foul go.
2. Rest is much better but if report together it would reduce impact. Well... impact we got!
3. They needed to get these out of the way for the good results to be reported early Feb by the new CEO. No better way to get rid of some issues then to let the outgoing do it.
4. There is a strategic value to get the SP to drop sharply and the way to do it was to report these non exiting holes now, maybe linked to next week Hav results?
5. They have no alterior motive and just report when things come in.

In any case, GH did seem genuinely disappointed that the result was not better. Clearly didn't get to worked up over it either as this is exploration, you hit some, you miss some. Almost like newcrest and Havieron all these years back...
