Exactly , a fall would wipe dividends. TW has 10% dividends and rising profits but in a lesser economic environment, shares not performing.
RMG has so very many problems, even if it halves noone would bid due to their structure unless they change. I suspect not this decade. Management has one hand tied to their backs.
However it could become a value stock and look attractive .

UK has a £95B trade deficit with the EU on goods, If they are being obtuse, just leave. IMO the producers, especially N Europe will bend their govt's ear. Tariff fine.

I understand both your arguments but i have not bothered to comb the management accounts although I can as that was one of an MBa module. It has brought to light you are arguing terminologies at times.
Management shows it as half full and throws it as half full and throws depreciating assets at it too like Pc, desks to elaborate. So i take it with scepticism. The truth is probably somewhere in between depending whether you are looking at it from which view, banker's with a view to lend or investing, or accountant's.
Cash is king, gearing is king here creating cash when all is going well. It will bite when the reverse happens and cash burn starts with debts to service. Thus creating a volatile stock. That's my worth.

To be honest, was a bit tired of the dodgy suits and deals. aggressive management and a very highly geared company which generates a good cash when all's well. Any bad new can affect adversly. A decline in cash generation or a big drop in share price otherwise would affect it seriously. dividends, debt servicing, covernants etc...I do not know what's terms and condition are however.
Otherwise it recovers quickly but this could drag out over 3/4 yrs but a 10% drop for this kind of thing is too much reflecting on past fines of hundreds of millions. How about EU? It is a roller coaster high beta stock
