I understand both your arguments but i have not bothered to comb the management accounts although I can as that was one of an MBa module. It has brought to light you are arguing terminologies at times.
Management shows it as half full and throws it as half full and throws depreciating assets at it too like Pc, desks to elaborate. So i take it with scepticism. The truth is probably somewhere in between depending whether you are looking at it from which view, banker's with a view to lend or investing, or accountant's.
Cash is king, gearing is king here creating cash when all is going well. It will bite when the reverse happens and cash burn starts with debts to service. Thus creating a volatile stock. That's my worth.
