"Why play with something that is not worth?" I was rather hoping for the gap filling if it it comes. Bearing in mind the market . I also watch copper and �$ movements. Sometimes watch for the pullback before entering in case of a fake spike etc Accumulating at 357 is exactly the same, depending what your objective is.

Rallied 23% in anticipation. Sold on results...solid but no improved guidance. Long term seems ok for now.

It is all about can do attitude. If they cannot, someone else will, technology makes this simple. Compete on price and service inevitably. Hermes delivered at 7.05pm on a next day weekend (Sunday) service without additional cost. And about market share. Not just volume (if market grows at 10.1% and you grow less, someone else is taking the market share). Once business goes elsewhere, not so easy to reclaim it.

Overall would say Hermes is better having 7 days pickup and better tracking...it is all about customer service

Now doing 7 days a week pickups it seems. I ordered next day delivery on Saturday and was indicated a Tuesday delivery which seems normal. It came yesterday, on checking the tracking it was picked up on Sunday, their tracking is very detailed. Another delivery by Royal Mail ordered from Friday, attempted delivery yesterday, was not in as tracking not detailed so no idea when it is coming, so logged online to redeliver on thursday. Another guaranteed before 1pm next day delivered by 12.43pm (on time), again tracking is basic, tracking said gone out.

UBS cut its target price on the stock to 390p from 400p ,21 nov

Bernstein raises, outperform from market-perform target price to 450p from 370p. Results will not be good but largely in the price.
