jmo, Agree there, debt is great for empire building...borrowing at eg. 3% geared and returning at 6%+ when the market is buyant. Creating cash is important too. On downturn too much gearing could go sour so paying down debt was they go along is deemed safer.

393 is the 'false gap' when the news came out, I set a sell there but removed it up yesterday when ftse broke out.
