I had £3.75 for a full sale with the JV announcement. Not sure what to make of a figure for a special dividend but assuming we are holding back the Rosego JV stuff for our own good and offloading MT & WK, I would be disappointed with anything less than a 150p.

I truly hope your guesstimate trumps mine and if it does, I'll be the first to get you a pint in :)

Aston - You mean £2.97 as a special dividend? Or your own guesstimate for a full sale (from the now defunct FSP)? That would be around £9bn. Anything is possible, I guess.

Out of interest, I wonder what the largest special dividend has been outside the Footsie.

The reasons for not hearing any news since the FSP has ended is, IMO, one or more of these:

- Awaiting JORC certification stamp off on some areas (non-binding to binding requirement?);
- Waiting on WK Flanks (non-binding to binding requirement?);
- MT resource upgrade;
- Counter-offers received;
- The BOD want to group everything together when they announce the agenda for the AGM at the end of June (4th June as per GreggsScottie's post).

I think it is most likely the last two.
