Didn't they come onboard in December? The SP has been dragged down despite good news ever since.

At least, it gives those who have funds the ability to top-up on the cheap. I will be doing that again today. Be rude not too at these ridiculous prices.

Did another small top-up earlier. Will continue to do so while the SP is being dragged down (IMO, to facilitate shorts closing and for other big players to accumulate).

The confirmed resources at MT (1.9M Oz) are listed as JORC, IIRC.

Beast - I concur. We are awaiting either (or both) the NYUD licence transfer or JORC - these are likely to be the prevailing conditions in the written proposal (again, IMO, a Japanese consortium).

It does appear that everything is in place, ready for the asset sale to be finalised, with the new appointment and the licence application.

It will happen when (not if) the BOD decide all the strategic pieces are set-up on the board to 'maximise shareholder value' which makes sense as they own 21% of the company.

Sold 82,078 out of my non-ISA and topped up in my partner's ISA with 89,422 earlier.

Now all my 325k palladium tickets are free of the greedy mitts of HMRC. Happy days.

The two basic things that underly overthinking is stress and anxiety.

The BOD will tell us what we want to know when (not if) the strategic pieces are set up on the board. This is like a broken record. You have control of your investment. It is NOT the BOD's fault their timeline does not align with yours.

IMO, it is a complex transaction and covid has delayed things a bit.

I continue to have faith (never has wavered) and the manipulated share price (on very low volume, I add) offers a great opportunity for those who are astute believers' to add to their palladium ticket totals.

The very best fruit is always on the higher branches of a tree.

A positive RNS and the BOD have delivered, yet again.

Business as usual while they are progressing with the 'written proposal from a credible party' which may lead to a 'substantial dividend for all shareholders'.

Let them along with, the best in the game, UBS and the three legal teams cook up a treat for all genuine holders (of which the BOD have a lot of skin).

Will add more next week when I have some funds if the SP is still in this bungee band.
