Personally, I think it will be something like 12.5% to 15% - UBS will be pushing hard for their (success) fee and the bigger the sale figure, the bigger their fee. This is being bandied as 'The Last Unconsolidated PGM Play', do not forget so Casa's 20%+ could well be plausible.
Also, the additional $15m raise implies there is more than 104.6m Oz in the JV area. $15m is 70% extra over the $20m already earmarked.
Circa £2.75 for substantially everything (proven up by WA audits - note plural)) is my take.
On a side note, I am expecting some funds from a property sale to clear late next week in my bank account and, if we remain on this fabricated bungee elastic, I will be topping-up in a big way even if it will mean a portion of my total holding is outside of a tax wrapper.
Have a nice afternoon, shipmates'.
Raided the neighbours sofa. 1233 @ 23.37. A gift. Just a few more top-ups, if I get the opportunity, to reach the nice, round figure of 400k.
Ignore the games and noise. We all know where this is going once the JORC results from WA are announced (any day now) along with the Nyud licence transfer.

Morning, shipmates'.
Just taken 1,912 shares off the plate this morning (along with 1,487 yesterday) so the free-float is a little less :) It is also another day closer to sinking our toes in the warm, golden sand of Treasure Island.
Drove to Chester yesterday to watch the latest 007 flick. Took 35 minutes to drive 4 miles so missed half an hour of the start. No sweat, booked another ticket in Warrington to watch the start again (and the rest - it is that good).

'Wardell Armstrong International engaged in April for several comprehensive tasks including JORC resource audits which are almost complete and are expected to be announced shortly'.
IMO, JORC is complete and just being checked over by the nomad prior to publication. 'Almost complete' denotes very near the end. One week has already passed so would say any day now. Expect an instant re-rate. We are being held at 25-26p because that is what the market value us (based on 1.9 million ounces JORC resources).
I also expect an offer is conditional on JORC figures and this could be released at the same time.
Home straight. Easy wait for me but will add when funds allow.

Just caught up. Why does a RNS have to drop when I am out on the grog :)
To summarise - IMO, it is excellent. Bidding war. WK is becoming a cash cow. WA will blow the lid off with JORC figures for multiple areas ('audits' - plural).
Very happy holder.
Ian - I would like to guess tomorrow for the interims plus (the 'shortly') JORC. Cannot help but think the BOD are leaving the interims till the last moment so they can add this as a delightful 'side-note'.
Thank you, Admiral, and have a delightful evening.
Rather a number of large kippers there, Captain ;)
Positions already taken but the big boys cannot get enough. They are cursing us, the 'little people', for having the audacity to get in before them.
Have a lovely evening, shipmates'.
Tell me about it, Mac (laughs)
Just been on Excel and checked. Fifty-six top ups in 2021. It would be crass to discount a fifty-seventh.
I have never been addicted to buying shares till I stumbled across EUA courtesy of JTMacs. Forever in your debt.

Feels like the (eerie) calm before the storm. Cannot go wrong with interims today or tomorrow (and ideally, additional news).
Managed to make my (supposedly final) small top-up earlier after finding some coins behind the sofa (only 1,516 @ 25.6 but every little helps).
Raining cats 'n dogs in Cheshire.
SalmonCat - Hindsight is a wonderful and elusive thing. However, that is more of the mentality of a trader not an investor - at the end of the day, we will all be rewarded for holding through thick and thin.
We would all love to have doubled our holdings by selling at the top and buying back at the bottom but how would you have felt if the sale news dropped while being locked out? For me, that was just not worth the risk.
Have a lovely evening.
Aye, dear Trift.
DS mentioned that we would be 'the last to die' in his 2019 interview, I believe.
Keep hold of those palladium tickets. May have a small cheeky top-up in the morn if I get the opportunity.
A lovely evening to you all.
All estimates (prior to verification - JORC) are always heavily understated. IMO, I concur with fellow shipmate Andre that it will be at least +30%. Would not be surprised if it was 70%.
The 1st September RNS was the beginning of the end game. The golden sands are within touching distance and I can smell the tantalising exotic fruits hanging on the trees.
Good afternoon, shipmates'.
Was out on the grog last night and explaining to my better half what JORC is and showing her the latest ACF conservative valuation where it states $10bn+ for everything including the JV areas upon successful completion of JORC.
'Shortly' was the word that got me very excited - IMO, we will get a massive re-rate next week when the confirmed resources, audited by WA, are put out to the market - ideally just before market opens so the naysayers are made to eat humble pie while their shorts are on fire.
Another step closer to the golden sands. Looking forward to Monday.
Have a lovely weekend.
