RE: Final act...What will the FSP likely be????30 Oct 2021 14:43
IMO, take the ACF (conservative) valuation of 98-109p for MT, Flanks and WK then add 50% for rarity/bidding war = 147-164p. (approx $6bn).
This would be my bare minimum - likely will be higher since all miners understate their reserves/potential resources and I believe this will come to light with JORC.
As for the Kola JV licences - hard to put a figure on it as we do not (yet) know the numbers from WA. The ACF report (again, conservatively) bandied:
"Our trading multiples analysis includes a Rosgeo JV asset resources estimate - suggests an EUA valuation of US$ 10bn + (£7bn +), subject to JORC results."
It says $10bn plus which works out at circa £2.50+ per share.
If they are pursuing 'multiple transactions' it likely will mean different purchasers for segments of the EUA pie. Then, to complicate valuation matters, there is always the chance of royalties being paid for the life of the mine(s).
No wonder it is taking this time to conclude but we, mostly patient shipmates' are now on the brink of setting foot on the golden sands of Treasure Island.

Have a great weekend, all.
