JL -no one is against future partnerships that increase the profile and size of the company.
What is annoying many shareholders is more dilution of their shareholdings when they were told that there would be no more dilution and the company would be in a strong financial position following the sale of the SA operation.
What is also annoying longterm investors shares will be issued to the new investor at a lot lower price than many longterm investors have purchased at and all they have experienced is continued rounds of dilution,a falling shareprice and no returns whatsoever on their investment.
Add this to the continued missed production targets it is totally understandable that many are saying “we have enough of our shareholding being continuely diluted with to date little evidence of improvement due to the returns of the dilution.”
Dilution would be more acceptable if the shareprice was rising significantly and there was hard evidence that Roan and Sable were ramping up towards original nameplate production.
There are other ways of getting new investors in without dilution -how about the new investor buying some shares on the open market or a profit share in the specific projects they wish to get involved in.
